I ordered a cake for my sons birthday, unfortunately they later had realized they didn't have the cake I ordered, no big deal I just picked another one, only later to call back because he was having trouble putting message on the cake which he and I had laughs about lol) When I got the cake out of the bag I noticed they had written an apology note and upgraded my cake to a large. I really appreciate this type of customer care and service, it's rare any more and they definitely made my day. The cookies and cream cake was amazing and I will be going back! Thank you!!“
