Food was good. There was only 1 person working and trying to keep up with both walk in customers & online orders. Took at least 45 min to get 2 sandwiches and a salad to go. In addition, several substitutions had to be made because they were out of several key ingredients. Not the employee's fault, but I doubt I'll return any time soon.

15.50 for this no meat.Order the pull pork sandwich because it was buy 1 get 1 free also $15 they brought 1 no pickles food was open lid off sandwich cold bag ripped not stapled never was folded. Service is the worst eve. I called and dude blew my off like call the manager in the morning this is unacceptable. I see what the manager say in the morning guess will on a diet tonight

Ordered online 30 minutes before I got there. Well sat waiting for 42 minutes in the restaurant. Only one guy working. And he kept pulling his hair back. NO GLOVES ON MAKING FOOD. I said cancel my order he said he could not refund my 29 bucks. I left. The manager was not on site and need’s terminated if he knew only one guy was working. If the employees touch there greasy hair then make your food beware. Calling the health dept tomorrow.

What enticed me to finally try was the special mailer that I had received via USPS ? I downloaded the mobile ? app and was pleased with the ease of online ordering!I highly encourage everyone to try out this great sandwich location near Marshall Campus!Staff immediately welcomed me when I entered the establishment to pick up my online order! Loved the local fire department ? decor ?? ?Food was absolutely phenomenal! Will certainly be visiting again! Bye-bye Subway!!! Firehouse is the rave of Huntington!As a Google Reviewer, I give this location my coveted 5 Gold Star ? rating that many businesses seek from my visits!Vegetarian options: Very Vegan friendly!Parking: No issue with parking at this little shopping center.Kid-friendliness: Nice, friendly, welcoming staff who engage with families and their children.
