I had been wanting to try this place for awhile as I'm all about supporting a local business but it was honestly the most disgusting food I have ever eaten. The loaded fries I got were burnt and the biscuit and gravy had the weirdest consistency almost like grits, it was honestly inedible.

Mixed review. First time eating here. Small place. couple of tables inside and a couple outside. Ordering was fast, only one person a head of me. Went with the Grumpwich. Service was good and friendly. A little pricy but was told it was enough for 2 people. Now the bad stuff, took quite some time to get the food out. Wasn't due to lack of employees. Place is only big enough for 1 person to do the prep and 1 for the cashier. Yes everything was fresh and hot out of the oven. The long wait wasn't just mine. the person in front of me had pizza bread and it was a long time for them to get the food. Overall I think it would be better to do a call in order. Not good for a quick bite.

I love the excaliber biscuit, you have to eat it with a fork. It takes a while for them to make the food but he makes it fresh so you know it's going to be good.

I’ve had Grumpwiches, burgers, and pizzas from here three of four times and it’s always been great! Ordered 5 pizzas and 2 Grumpwiches today and it was much cheaper than anywhere else around here and food was damn good! All my guests were like “this pizzas good, where did you get it again?” Staff taking order was nice. Order was ready when I requested. Great overall experience every time I’ve had it. Not sure why so many whiny people making petty complaints.

Went with my son for lunch loved the portions ,well worth the money. The man doing the cooking is super nice and thoughtful checked on us a few times to make sure we was good. It does take a min to cook the food but it's well worth the wait. If in a hurry I'd order ahead of time. The grumpwhich is good spicy maybe needs some sauce with it, the pizza bread is great!

Ordered a plethora of different foods and everything turned out great, was quick and everything made to order. In a time where a lot of my former favorite restaurants have slacked off or even become blatantly bad Grump Gary's is definitely rising to fill the void. Appreciate their hard work and I hope for their continued growth.

I tried the pizza for the 1st time this evening and it was absolutely delicious. I live in Proctorville, OH. and my daughter and I had it almost eaten by the time we got back home. The new sauce is definitely delicious and I highly recommend this place!!
