This was my first time ever trying Jimmy John's if I'm being honest. I was close by for work and a sub seemed like the lighter option than getting a burger. First off they were super friendly and helpful. I asked if they recommended a wrap or a sub for the Cajun chicken. They recommended the sub and they were not wrong. Best sub I've ever had. Hardest I've had my food slap in awhile. Definitely had to jump on and leave a review after that. Will definitely be back.

The quality is just terrible anymore. It usually takes about 2 hours for delivery. Yesterday I received the worst quality ham that I’ve ever been served. Sandwich was basically inedible. Also wasn’t cut in half like requested, but it never is.I also ordered a large fountain Coke. I received a warm Dr Pepper filled up about 3/5 of the way with no ice. Highly recommend you avoid this location - $30 delivered for two terrible sandwiches.

The food is great, I have no complaints about that. Unfortunately the delivery time is horrible. I know they are short staffed and the person I spoke to when I called to check on my order was friendly but with all that said, it still took nearly 3 hours for me to receive my food. This is not an uncommon occurrence, it frequently takes an hour or more. I'm not one to leave reviews, but this happens too often.

Don’t deliver to from this mf it’s gon take a good 2 hours jus to get leave the store plus whatever time to get to your crib. The food good but it’s not worth delivering if you can go to the store do that so you can eat it

Do NOT order from here. I had the most ridiculous experience with them tonight! I placed my order online at 10pm. I checked my tracking at 11pm and it said order completed like it was being dropped off so I watched for them on my porch with my light on. No one showed. So at 1130 I called to make sure they were coming. They said let me contact the driver we are very busy he said with catering orders ect. I said no problem I completely understand I just want to make sure its still coming. He said okay let me check with the driver and hung up on me. I had to call back he said yes your order is out with the driver. So midnight comes its been 2 hours now so I call back... He says let me check with the driver and once again hung up on me! So I call back and he said he has a couple other orders with yours but he will be there so I waited. 1:00am rolls around it had now been 3 hours. I call them and he contacts the driver and the driver says he is on 9th avenue and will be to my place next. 9th ave is close to me. So I say okay great let him know I am on my porch waiting on him. He said okay. So 1:30am rolls around still no driver. I call back he said let me check with him. He said he came to your house and called and no answer so he left. I said well call him back and tell him to turn around he isnt at my house because my porch light is on and I am on my porch! He said very rudely I will have him bring it back AFTER he drops off his other orders and makes it back to the store!!!! I am livid at this point but I still say okay I'm still watching for him. 2:30am still no food. They never came. Absolutely terrible. Awful way to do business. $40 order. Never got it. My husband came home on his lunch break to get his sandwhich but oh it never came. I will never eat at this establishment again!!!!!! If they do make it right I will update this review.... Otherwise it stays!!!

Today we ordered a 41 dollar order and got 3 total incorrect sandwiches, we call and are prompted to reorder and repay for all of our food ??? Never ordering again. Today was the last time we receive jimmy johns .

I ordered from here for lunch for the first time this past Monday. I ordered the lil John BLT and the pesto pasta salad. I thought the food tasted good. I would order from here again. I ordered my food for pick up but I did not pick up the order myself. So I can't comment on parking or interactions with staff.
Freaky Fast does not exist. After two hours of no-show, I had to cancel delivery because it had not arrived. This has been the second time.

The absolute worst Jimmy John's restaurant experience I have ever had, anywhere. Run down building, run down atmosphere, poor customer service, poor sandwich ingredients (stale bread, non-fresh vegetables) and broken ice machine for the sodas.

The food is good enough. If you get a coupon or discount, then it's probably good value. The service I received was laughable. The employees were just sitting in the booths, talking to their friends as I walked back in for a second time trying to fulfill my order. One of the subs had been left out of my order. Mistakes happen, no big deal. But, they acted like I didn't exist and I was mistaken. I promise I didn't drive 3 miles back home and return just to get a free sub.
