No carts, shelves picked over, dirty. Not a good market. Dingy and not very inviting.

I thought that kroger didn't close until 11!? I went there Thursday evening at 10:30 and both doors were locked! I understand you wanting to get the customers out so you can close up but if the doors are locked at 10:30, then the store closes at 10:30 not 11:00. I was very disappointed! I would've went to Walmart instead if I had known. But since I went there first I missed Walmart cause they actually do close at 11 not 10:30

unhelpful customer service. Called three times to three different depts, including manager and no one answers their phone. had to go there just to ask a simple question about times the pharmacy is open and still got conflicting answers. ‍

I shop only at kogers on 7th st Huntington,Wv a few times a week . Will the last few time it's not been very good. For one my friends kid who just find out she was expecting her first child when to get her wic . She never had done this before and ask for help. She got I'm busy and cant help . When she was able to get what she hoped was right and it was n she checked out when she want to pay she didn't know she had to get one receipt and then hit the next bottom to pay for it . Then she was very upset when they told her she not going to get what she needed . And one of the workers was going to hit her. He would going to take her by the arm and remove her from the store. She was told not to come back into the store not one time showed How or what she done wrong. She was told ur r not allowed back into kogers . Two we have got meat , and lunch meats and they all have been bad and mold had start grow. I called and told them and because I don't have the recipe they would not let replace it .

I do shop here because I despise the Gucci Kroger but I agree with the previous review about the unnecessary conversations at the checkout. It is disrespectful to the customer you are supposed to be waiting on and it's just rude to discuss people in general. My biggest criticism however lands on a service desk employee who has been there for years but I don't know her name. She is small in stature with short greying hair and glasses. My husband tried to pay a utility bill there one Thanksgiving and she was abhorrent. He asked if she knew where he could pay it since they had ceased from receiving the payments and she claimed that she always just pays her bills on time. So my pastor husband politely informed her that we as well do that and the bill he was holding wasn't his. We were settling a debt for an injured veteran whose benefits had been reduced and he was unable to cover his water bill. My husband then promptly left Kroger and gave our two hundred dollar holiday purchase to Foodfair.

I really like this little Kroger’s. It’s close to my employer so it’s very convenient. Even thru the craziness this year with the “pandemic “ I have always been happy when I walked out the door. I did a pickup order yesterday. My substitutions were great. I even had to call before hand and the issue was taken care of with a thoughtfulness. Mason was wonderful and very efficient when he came out to the car. Even the week prior, Jeremiah was so nice on the register, even helping the older man in front of me and a more difficult customer just before. I shop at Teays, Barboursville and this Kroger depending on where I am and what I need. But 7th ave has the best customer service. Thank you.

Very nice people.

Because they are not enforcing the governors law regarding wearing masks. People are walking around without any face coverings and no one is doing anything about it. I complained to the main desk and they said they are not allowed to enforce this law. We will not be visiting your store until you enforce the mask requirement.

They are not enforcing mask regulations. They are in violation of the governors orders.
