My spouse and I have come to appreciate Lebistro as a regular dining destination, where the standard of service is consistently high. Regrettably, our latest visit, on Saturday April 6, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. did not align with the commendable experience we've come to expect. Upon our arrival, which was slightly ahead of our scheduled reservation, we were promptly seated. However, we then experienced an uncharacteristic delay of 19 minutes before a server attended to us, an oversight that was further highlighted by the absence of napkins at our table - a basic but essential component of the dining setup. Furthermore, despite our early presence, it was observed with some dismay that subsequent guests, arriving after us, were tended to within 8 minutes of being seated. While the culinary offerings maintained their usual high standards of quality, the service we received on this occasion was markedly below par. This experience has led us to reconsider our loyalty to Lebistro and to contemplate other dining options within the Huntington area. Our hope is that this feedback is received in the constructive spirit it is given, with a view towards fostering improvements that align with the high standards we know Lebistro to be capable of.

Before I get to the main displeasure of this restaurant, I'll label what was good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and I enjoyed a lot of the art that was hanging on the walls.Although some of it wasn't the best, and some of the decorations were... questionable. Although, overall, I did enjoy a lot of it.The service was alright, the waitress seemed a little displaced and annoyed. She was good at getting drinks to the table as well as refills. However, when we gave our checks, she disappeared at one point and we waited almost 20 minutes for her to return, causing us to be late for a meeting we had. There were no other customers in the building. Now, to the worst part, the food. Flavor wise it was actually quite good. Everything definitely tastes fresh and homemade. But this is what sucks. The middle of my fries were cold. The ketchup tastes old. And my burger was raw. I did order medium rare yes, but it wasn't medium rare, it was raw. I ate about half the burger without realizing.I got back to my hotel and immediately vomited because the food didn't sit right in my stomach.I am very disappointed with Le Bistro. I'd give it another shot though, as some of the other dishes looked good and I truly and genuinely believe my food being raw was a mistake.Parking: You'd better hope you either have a hotel, or the limited parking isn't taken.Wheelchair accessibility: There is none.

We have been huge Le Bistro fans, and brunch loyalists since their opening so it pains me to write a poor review. The food is always delicious, but the last few experiences my fiancé and I have had have been much less than ideal. We paid over $300 in advance for Valentine’s Day reservations only to wait outside for an hour for our table. We arrived 10 min prior to our reservation time and there were people at the front of the line who had been waiting an hour for their own reservation time as well. Our most recent brunch, my food was good but my fiancés food came out cold, service wasn’t super great there was a fairly large party present so, I understand things like that do happen but tonight our close friends paid ahead for tickets to the murder mystery dinner and waited two hours and the first course had not been served, there was no real “murder mystery” role play, it just seemed incredibly unorganized and panicky. We are super upset because we feel one of our favorite spots is starting to go downhill; they seem to place quantity over quality nowadays and once they get your money in advance, couldn't care less how your experience goes beyond that.

This was our second time here, which is why we came back! Very pleasant experience with incredible food. The champagne pear salad is incredible, our steaks were cooked to perfection (we are steak people and love med rare - rare) the crème brûlée was torched at the table and was divine. Thank you Keith our server for a wonderful evening, we will definitely be back!

Our reservation was for 730, we didn't get seated until 820 to where we had to wait outside in the cold. We pre paid for our meal and didn't get what we expected. Got the sweet heart package and was suppose to get pictures taken and didn't. The waiter made us show him that we prepaid and asked to make sure the gratuity was on there before we left. Embarrassing. We had him box us up our desert bc we were ready to leave. I think I should be refunded 75 dollars for the package we didn't really even receive.

Reservations at 730 PM didn't get seated till around 9 PM. We did not get our entrée until 10 PM it was not as advertised as far as Valentine's Day package. Was advertised as a surf and turf dinner... The steak was supposed to be in New York strip with scallops, and what we got was a tiny 4 ounce piece of meat that was dried out, tough overcooked, and cold, with one scallop the size of a nickel. Our soups were cold And service took forever hostesses were clueless as to when people were going to get sat at their tables very aggravating night, and to be honest ruined Valentines for us. We had plans afterwards that we were not able to attend. We prepaid almost 200 dollars for a meal thinking they would book accordingly and it was obvious they overbooked and customers suffered from it.

Very disappointing. We were there for Valentine's Day dinner and they seemed severely understaffed . When we arrived on time for our 630 reservation there were at least 15 people waiting. There were 5 empty tables but we kept being told that they needed to be set. We were seated around 710 pm. The table was freezing cold- apparently we were right beneath a vent, nothing could be done. No water or cutlery or server appeared for more than 10 minutes. When she did appear, we ordered right away and did get out (limp) salads about 15 minutes later, as well as water. The burgers arrived about 20 minutes after that and looked sad and lonely on the cutting board sized platter they were served on, with a little pile of potatoes. Although the burgers were small and sad looking they actually tasted pretty good, though my husband's ‘medium well done' burger was bleeding all over the plate. We were unable to obtain salt, pepper, mustard or ketchup until we had already finished. Actually we were told that they ‘didn't have any mustard in the restaurant', like they'd never had any requests mustard for a burger? Strange. When we left about 830 ( again, it took quite a while to get the server to bring us the check) there must have 30 frustrated people waiting to be seated. I have sympathy for the presumed staffing issue, but at no point was there any apology for the wait, the poor service etc and one of the owners (identified to us by the hostess while we were waiting) was busy taking photos and chatting with guests at the bar instead of helping to get tables turned over or talking to the disgruntled people waiting to be seated for their reservations. We won't go back, sadly.

Myself and my family have eaten at Le Bistro a couple of times for brunch but never for dinner, so I thought it would be a great idea for Valentine's Day since my wife and I are newlywed. Unfortunately, we had our worst dining experience which left us a little speechless. It started with our table not being ready at the original reservation time. We understand things can happen and we were told it would be ready quickly. Staff let us know we could get drinks next door while we waited and that was fine with us. After an hour's wait, our table was ready, and seeing that the restaurant was busy we thought ordering the preset 4-course meal might be easier since it was a planned meal for the night rather than ordering various plates off the menu. However, it took roughly two hours for us to get our main dish after the two appetizers (one being a soup). Our steaks were not cooked correctly, incredibly small in portion, and the server never brought us knives. When we just asked for the dessert to go due to the time, we received incredibly small portions only noticing when we got home. I noticed that other people who entered shortly after we left earlier than us, so I'm not sure if it was a server issue or simply our food issue. Our server was okay when at our table and we understood had other tables to tend to, but she didn't handle our table, the crowd, or the stress the best. My wife and I are sympathetic to service workers because of past job experiences, but this dinner experience was terrible and the only time I thought about not tipping. I would still recommend visiting Le Bistro as a brunch option, but I will avoid any special dinner nights like the plague.

My girlfriend and I had our first date here 2 months ago, and decided to go again last night for her birthday, because we had such an excellent date here the first time. The second time was just as great. Keith was our server. He was very attentive and polite, and made some great recommendations. My girlfriend got the risotto, which was great, but the heritage chicken was the star of the show. The flavor combos really worked well together, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. We topped it off with crème brûlée, which Keith caramelized right at our table with a torch. All in all, a very good dining experience.

We went out with another and had a wonderful experience. The service, food, and atmosphere were top-notch. They were offering a special menu for Valentine's Day, so we were fortunate to try some items not featured on their normal menu

We dined on a Sunday afternoon. I had the turkey sandwich which was fine, but not great. My husband had the tenderloin hash, which was extremely disappointing. Perhaps it was the brunch menu or time of day we dined, but nothing really special about this place. We did have a nice bottle of wine and although service was slow, the server was pleasant.

Great food for the event. Service was incredibly slow due to lack of kitchen help, I think. Our server was very nice but way to slow with everything. I don't think it was necessarily her fault.
