Really awesome cupcakes, very soft and a lot of icing which I appreciate. A lot of flavor variations and some filled! We didn't get anything else but they had cookie sandwiches and cream horns and other things. Super friendly and helpful when choosing items. I would definitely go back, it's cute and quiet inside. I recommend!

Our daughter had her wedding Sep 30.2023. The cake was not what they ordered and the cake was NOT edible!!So the cake was TRASHED!!When they came back from honey moon 1 week later. Our daughter contacted Paula Vega of the issues. At which she was informed they would call her back.Our daughter made many attempts. With NO return callsFinally ,during her many attempts. The owner answered . Her rude response was she had to talk with the cake decorator . They handle the complaints . So as the OWNER she could not handle her business in a professional way.Our daughter still has not heard form anyone regarding this issue.SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!This was her wedding . To have guests throw away uncooked cake is not acceptable!!!!Nellie

Thanksgiving Pumpkin Pie I oicked up a "large" Pumpkin Pie from Paula Vegas today and could not be more disappointed. It's small. Normal 8 inch for a "large". There was not a lot of pumpkin filling and the crust was crumbled and dark. The Paula Vega quality has definitely plummeted. No pink box either. Just a pie tin covered with aluminum foil.
The too-pretty-to-eat cupcakes for our Tri Sigma Reunion Dinner were gorgeous, but we couldn't resist - they were beautiful AND delicious!

Very disappointing. I was hoping for a great experience with PVC but it was quite the opposite. We chose to have a fairly simple two tier cake done for our wedding. A photo was shown to make sure the design was doable, to which they agreed. A conversation about macaron cookies came about but I later emailed them to tell them we weren’t interested in the cookies. They were removed from the invoice and it was updated to which I paid immediately after. We also agreed to transport out cake 1.5 hours away. Flash forward to the week of our wedding. I get a call about dropping off fresh flowers for the wedding cake and picking the cake up the morning of the day we needed to drive up to our venue, which was the day before the ceremony. We were told that the contract said we would pick the cake up the morning of our wedding almost two hours away when the employee made it seem like what we thought was a pickup for the day before the ceremony like we agreed on. Finally the pickup was agreed upon for the day before the ceremony after telling them that the day of was not possible. The day of pickup is where it gets worse. We see the cake, not impressed with the look of the cake. It really didn’t look sharp and clean on the edges or what the reference photo looked like either. The employee put it in a box and put her finger in the top tier leaving a big finger print in the top. The box the two tier cake was put in for a cake to travel in was unacceptable. The cake was out in a sheet cake box that you get from Walmart or Sam’s Club, so the cake didn’t even fit in the box nor could it close. The employee said that we could do this and that to make it work and it was not good. After leaving with our cake and had been on the road for 30 minutes, we received a call saying we forget to get the macarons and would have to meet them to get them from them… I told the employee that it was communicated via e-mail that we didn’t want macarons and we didn’t even pay for them on our invoice. I’m not sure why there is so much confusion at this establishment but it needs to be better internally and externally. I’m so disappointed in our experience as I thought it was going to be simple and easy but it was certainly not.

They made a naked carrot cake for my wedding. It was utter perfection. Just the right amount of icing, not overly sweet. It was delicious! Everybody loved it. The vanilla cupcakes were also good, but the decorative icing with silver glitter made them special.

So to make matters even better for this place, I seen a sponsored ad on Facebook for them and decided to just leave a review because quiet frankly as a customer I am entitled to that. They of course respond the the basic thing business that are trash always say things like this is not what we wanted for your visit, we are sorry you were not satisfied lol so I reply and let them know a refund would greatly satisfy me. They message me, we talk about when the transaction was and they don't wanna do a refund because their "policy" is 24 hours. Cool, fine, bo problem, you keep your $23 I keep my review up. They then try to apparently "work with me" and offer me a refund if I sign a CONTRACT a contract for 23 whole dollars y'all. I explain I am not doing that and if the money means that much to them they can keep it and I'll keep my reviews up. They offer me 50% off of my next purchase but then block me!! RUDE What if I wanted my 50% off?
