Cashier never even asked me whether I wanted toast or a biscuit, then she got pissed when I asked for wheat toast instead of a biscuit when they put my food on the tray at the counter... and then they never brought me my toast after 2 employees both assured me they would bring it out to me...

We just went through the drive thru. While at the window I asked if it was OK to add to the order. We added an order of tator rounds. They had us pull to the side. 10 minutes later and only 3 cars had gone through the drive thru We were still waiting. We went in and asked about them. A female from the kitchen yelled "don't add stuff from the window". My husband lost his cool. I'd like to apologize to the innocent ladies but to the mouthy one, you need fired. Rt 60 lost a 56 yr old lifetime loyal customer over one mouthy female.
