It’s a Wendy’s and fully meets my expectation of a nice store. On a lunch visit with friends. Clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The self-serve soft drink dispenser, however, can have issues ~ I lay that one on the dispenser manufacturer. Food was hot and what I expect of Wendy’s. I eat here when requested by friends.

I’m not sure if all Wendy’s have gone as downhill as this one but this location makes me rarely ever want to eat Wendy’s at all. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and added bacon and cheese. The bacon was room temperature at best and the cheese was the furthest thing from melted. I used to love Wendy’s but it has become something Dave Thomas would be ashamed of.

I'm really sick of them having me pull up when no one is behind me. They do this because they have a sensor that tracks how fast they move cars through the drive-thru. But it actually takes longer because they have to walk it outside.

Staff was horrible. Waited 20 minutes for food. Then it was cold and old burgers and fries. Got a refund and left. Storefront was dirty. Owner should be embarrassed. After refund they gave our food to next person in line instead of disposing of it.

My opinion of this Wendy’s has changed over the years, but the daytime staff around lunch are all super nice. It’s clearly well-managed at the moment, at least on that shift. Food-wise, it’s always fresh. Orders are wrong from time to time but we come here a lot.
