Was trying to order through the drive-thru and could not hear the guy on the speaker. I tried to explain I was hard of hearing and he proceeded to YELL into the speaker and talk over me. I decided to pull up to the window so he can try again (lol) but proceeded with attitude and hatefulness. God forbid you have to repeat yourself? If you don’t like your job, quit! Don’t take it out on disabled people. Absolutely disgusting. This occurred on 3/1/24!

Ordered the new Philly Steak, what a mistake that was. If those small chewy pieces of meat were steak, I'd hate to see the cow that produced them. Curly Fries were plentiful, even included several pieces of fried material that weren't from a potato. Wife and daughter's food was ok but they always order the same thing and it's pretty basic menu items. Lastly, there was a missing item from the order and the wife had to go inside and get it. I'm probably going to put Arby's on the back burner for awhile.

For a fast food restaurant it is a good one. Dining area and bathroom were clean, even the drink station was neat and tidy. Food was standard for the brand. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Like Arby's but that hamburger is not what it's cracked up to be. Kind of dry along with the bun, I wouldn't waste $8 on that sandwich again. Overrated

They asked for my credit card twice. Billed me for two different orders. I questioned what was going on. The young woman at register denies all and another young woman working beside her tells me she didn’t bill me twice. She just gave me receipt from car in front. I said I trust you and drove on. I check bank statement when I get home and they both lied to me. Billed twice. Two different orders. Apparently people in front of me got a freebie at my expense somehow. What? Now after calling them about their error I’m supposed to drive all the way back to the store and talk to Tracy about what happened to get my card refunded. If Tracy is not there just relay message to whoever is that Tracy said to refund my money after showing my bank statement. That cost me more than the bill that was illegally applied to my card. Tracy your food is expensive as it is. This little step makes you people not cost effective in my book. Your food is just not that good. Tracy train your employees better before you give them jobs they are not ready for. Or find someone else who can manage the restaurant. Your customers don’t have time for your errors at their expense.

i usually don’t get arby’s but i decided to get it today, and i don’t think i will ever go back! i mean the lady who gave me my food was insanely rude. She practically threw the sauces I asked for into the bag causing to the bag to rip. this woman has long bright blonde hair and facial piercing.

I went inside to order and they weren't busy but the service was quick and friendly and my order was correct, fresh and good. My only complaint would be that the ketchup packets she gave me had something sticky on them.
Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches and buns were hard and roast beef was ice cold. Horrible experience!!!!!
Went thru drive thru had fish sandwich no cheese which I wish was on it, curly fries. Food was good
