I don’t know why you take over a business and say your going to keep it the same but yet take things people like off the dam menu like the lava patty and the turkey bacon club on a croissant!!!!! Plus the quality of the food has gone down hill .. please bring back the stuff on the menu that it was before it was sold to idiots

It's just like nobody cares. It's horrible. The food was cold and took a long time. How can I burger restaurant not make a burger? Ended up going to Taco Bell, it was much better. The employees were not friendly at all. My wife ordered nachos with no meat and there was meat in the bottom.

Don’t go with a large group. We had a large-group reservation and they still were not ready for us. Their system is also not set up well to deal with large groups. They say they will accommodate you, but be ready for a 4+ hour ordeal. The server did her best but it was not a good experience. Better to just pay the fee at Fireside.

It was actually a pretty good experience, considering we had about 20 people in our party. Our waitress rocked it, even with little help! There were plenty of sports on the multiple TVs throughout the restaurant...I would think the experience would be better with a smaller/normal sized party, so they get an A-!

This used to be a nice place to eat. It was disgusting. My burger was cold. It took over an hour for our food. I got the cowboy burger. I wanted on Texas toast. I thought it would come out grilled etc. my cheese wasn’t even melted. Our waitress was ok not the greatest. Dude walking around with sun glasses on!!! Why? Completely unprofessional! This is a reminder I will never eat here again.

The teays valley location has really got it together. I was disappointed in the service last visit. But they are definitely on top of it now. Everything was excellent. Thank you for the great service.

Went there last night. The service was terrible. The plate they gave me for my salad still had chili and hardened cheese on it. That used to be a great place to eat.....but definitely not now.

This place has went to hell! In the past we would order food here every night. Now if I order I have to wait an ungodly amount of time past the alleged time to be ready. What is more frustrating is your staff does not acknowledge customers when they come in. Numerous occasions I had to wait 20 minutes and had to yell at a person three times to get their attention. It’s not like they were busy and they would just stare at you and not say anything. This was not just one occasion. This has happened numerous times. Don’t get me started on the service here. Waitresses are rude and god help to get a refill. Food takes forever to get and a few occasions 2 1/2 hours. I don’t know who the manager is or who owns this now. They need to rethink a career path. Worst experience ever don’t go. There is hardly anyone going anymore. They keep this up they will be closed before too long.
The fried mushrooms are delicious. The burger and fries were really good too.Vegetarian options: They have salads and cooked vegetables and fresh fruit.Parking: Easy parking and handicap spaces too.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and easy to navigate if you are using a cane or walker.

The food was bar food at best. For a place that has burgers as its main meal, they're terrible. My husband said his burger was a hockey puck and wished he had just gotten a burger from Wendy's.My son enjoyed the chicken strips and fries and the mini pizza was ok.Service was outstanding, prices were average.

This place has gone downhill since they've changed hands...I'm very very disappointed...buns for sandwiches aren't toasted anymore...I sent my sandwich back to be toasted..it came back the same as the first one...the potato chips were burnt so bad...they were BAD...Waited 5 min to be seated! There weren't 10 people in here!! Shouldn't have had to wait at all..I shouldn't have been charged for the meal..since it was never made right...there was no offer to be discou ted...I will never return...it used to be 1 of my favorite places to eat..Not anymore...my sandwich was thrown together it was a MESS...I needed a fork and knife to eat it..because it fell apart as soon as I picked it up..I suggest you go back to the buns you had previously before the takeover

Went to Fat Patty's on a Friday evening with my spouse & 5yr old around 630pm. We will not be returning. I had expected the experience to be great since it was the 1st time I've dined there after the new remodel.*I was SHOCKED to hear WAP (explicit version) being played at 630pm in a restaurant where there were SEVERAL kids present. Sooo inappropriate!!!The food was honestly horrible. My daughter wouldn't even eat the fries (and it's HARD to make fries not tasty) I ordered nachos & presentation looked as if it was thrown together in a back alley & chips soggy & was just an awful dish. My spouse got the Hawaiian ham sandwich, which the pineapple was only thing edible. Also, we ordered 2 blue Moon drafts - I've never had a bad Blue Moon draft - but now I have. The beer was flat & tasted sour- the color was so merky and definitely didn't look normal.

Not a great experience tonight. Waited 15+ minutes, no service no greet. Had to approach host to get a server. Ordered food and drink at same time, eventually had to go to bar and grab our drinks after watching them sit there for extended period of time. Food was ok, no complaints on that front. But again had to track someone down to get our check and waitress was obviously annoyed, I used the word "ignored" and so did she. Not sure if it's a staff issue or management but not happy with our service tonight. Even the table beside us made comments about having to track down a server. Just not acceptable regardless.
