I didn't get bread or salad. I ordered chicken fettuccine and chicken didn't come out. So they brought it out but noodles were cold had to reheat. My company didn't get parmesan cheese. The bread was rushed to accommodate us, which I was thankful but it wasn't done. Very doughy. I did get more bread when leaving. Asked about salad and was told they didn't think I wanted it. It was part of the meal, so why wouldn't I? waitress was wonderful. Good food, just didn't have food prepared properly. I'll go back. Felt I should have had a discount.

Tried to call. Paid for meat sauce and meatballs with pasta. Did not receive. Should give me a refund for products not received.

While planning a wedding a group of us shopped around looking for a place with an old world feel. We needed a place for the wedding reception and rehearsal dinner. We found the perfect spot! 8 of us went unannounced. The liquor flowed freely and drinks were refilled as soon as the glass was emptied. Unfortunately 6 of the 8 of us are overweight so no one filled the buffet. It was at least 25 minutes late coming out and it was skimpy. Trace amounts of chicken in the Alfredo. One pan stayed empty the entire time. Very disappointed. The place would have been perfect for what we were looking for. Only saw one staff member, the girl filling the drinks. Either they didn't fill the buffet because we were fat or they are going out of business. We loved the decor. When you guys close I'd like to buy some of the decor.

We come in there a couple times a month usually and have always had great food and service. The last couple times we were there the service was exceptionally slow even though there were only 2 tables seated in the entire restaurant but the food was still good. Tonight we were there and waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were at the door and another 10-15 minutes to be seated at a table that was open the entire time we had been there. The food was the worst meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The rolls came out and were still raw in the middle. The fettuccine had no flavor and the noodles were extremely overcooked to the point it was a pile of mush. The server we had was great and it’s certainly not a reflection on her. However, we will not be back for quite some time if ever.

Waited 10 mins before staff came to seat us, very darkInterior but nice antiques, table cloth plastic and ripped, food portions were huge however chicken jn fettuccini was dry and bland , tour of velvet was huge lasagne very cheesy, side salad literally was shredded lettuce ring of onion and a piece of pepper, rolls and marinara were delicious, service was terrible , literally sat next to a table with dirty dishes that had obviously been sitting there for quite some time… would not reccomend

My husband and I stopped in tonight, there were only 3 other tables with patrons. We ordered a ham and cheese grinder with extra meat. We sat for 40 minutes and still no food, finally we told the waitress to make it to go as we had to leave. When we finally got to eat we saw there was no extra meat on either sandwich, which we had paid for. We also saw they have changed the type of bread, the bread is one reason we always bought the grinders, now it's on a regular sub roll. We don't know if it's under new management but we won't be going back. Very disappointing meal.

Mixed bag. We’ve been here many times. Yesterday was interesting. When we arrived for dinner the restaurant was not busy like it has been in the past. The hostess greeted us and told us that the wait for our food would be long. I don’t know if that was for our benefit to scare us off or a legit issue but we took our chances. Our party was seated and the wait wasn’t that bad for our food and our server did a fine job. The food was a mixed bag though. The manicotti portions are small and although tasty are not worth the price. The chicken parm though is a much bigger portion and was fine for the size and cost. There was one thing though that was missing throughout the meal though that I finally asked about after our entree’s arrived and that was the bread. We were told there was none. That they were out. And although these things do happen this is still an issue because the bread comes with the meal and they are not giving it out for free so in the price you’re paying for your meal you are paying for that bread and if you don’t get the bread then you are being overcharged.I’ve seen this happen at other restaurants and those places have made attempts at amends by substituting something else, giving discounts on appetizers or desserts or even some type of certificate but they realize there’s an issue and they at least try to do something.I like this restaurant. It is a neat place to dine in and visit with friends. I hope it makes it through these challenging times.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for food that was cold. Restaurant is filthy, and almost all plates we were given were broken.

Surprisingly classy place for a shopping center. The atmosphere and decor was comfortable and pleasant. The staff were fast and friendly. And the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered a pizza and it was outstanding in all respects. One of the best I’ve ever had.
