You wait 10 mins for them to take your order then another 15 once you’ve placed it. Seems to be severely understaffed. The only thing LC has going for it as a brand is that it’s hot and ready. This place hasn’t had that in years.

If you live in hurricane it’s faster to just drive to saint albans with how long you’ll wait for this food. Staff works at a snails pace even when 4-6 employees are in store. Have waited over 40 minutes twice now and will never go again.
In this day and time, it's the best deal going. You can get 2 pizza's for 12 or $13, or you can spend $50 plus for 4 people to eat at a burger joint. Yes, it's $50 to feed 4 at your local fast food joint. It's kind of hard to wrap your mind around really, but that's where we are at!

The employees were not wearing gloves or nets to protect the food. Multiple times I saw the workers wiping their hands on their clothes and not following other proper sanitary precautions. They moved at a glacial pace and I had to wait over 25 minutes after my supposed time to pick up for my online ordered food. I watched as they helped customer after customer in the drive through and they never said a word to me as I waited. Inside the store looked unsanitary and unkept and I felt gross touching anything. I am completely dissatisfied with my visit and will not be returning to this establishment.

This is probably the 10th time I've tried to get a crazy combo That is edible and again, this establishment has failed horribly! Every single time they are either a huge circle in the shape of a small pizza rolled up, or burnt, dry and old. These are so burnt dry and hollow they're almost unedible. This Hurricane WV establishment truly needs attention from corporate. It's just never good here! Ever!
