The wasn't hot. Odd. Got 2 coffees in the drive thru. Hazelnut with cream was fine. Dark roast with cream. Not hot at all. Took it inside to get a new one and same thing??? Don't know what the problem was, but I don't like cold coffee when I am in the mood for a hot coffee on a cold day.

The fountain drinks and teas are not good. The syrup was not right on the soda and the sweet tea tasted and smelled moldy. When I brought it to their attention, the worker chuckled and said yeah, I wouldn't drink that one. Gross.Because of this, I'm cancelling my sip club subscription. I don't always want hot drinks when I'm there ?The employees at this location are all so friendly, though, and the food is always the best!

Gross!!! All I ask was my money back for a 22 dollar overpriced sandwich, and what I got was two of the worse customer service women I have ever seen! Never again Panara, I work hard for my money and will not be spending money here on your gross sandwiches. Do not go here!!!

Always very efficient staff....small wait times to order and to receive food!
We used the app to order take out. The ticket showed the order correctly but what was in the bag wasn't correct. This is not the first time either. Why we still order takeout is beyond me. Additionally, the sandwich had so little meat on it that I wasn't sure there was anything in the bag. Plus it looked like a toddler had put it together. It was a mess. I hate doing bad reviews but this place needs help. Overall I like Panera but this location is awful.

I love panera, but this was the worst experience. There were flies everywhere in the store. We waited FORTY-FIVE minutes for our order. The kitchen was in total haphazard chaos. People who arrived after us would go and complain about the wait and then immediately get served their food, while those of us patiently waiting got pushed further and further down the line. Once we finally got our order, the chai tea latte tasted like dish soap and was completely undrinkable. We threw it away without asking for another because we couldn't stand to be there for any longer. We're not from this area, so hopefully this was just a bad day for the store.

Busy even on a Friday morning! You can go in and order at the counter or in a couple of electronic points/iPad like things. Since it was so busy our order took about 10 minutes. Food is good.

I got a coffee today that tastes more like water with some pinches of coffee. Horrible!Service is good, and the girls are so nice but, please supervisor, check the flavor of the coffee before selling it.
