Ordered food tonight for my family food showed up an hour after I ordered the manager top manager was drunk picked up my food with his bare hands and expected me to take it I asked if he was ServSafe certified he said yes if you're a ServSafe certified you do not do that I asked who the owner was I was told he was the top guy and nobody else needs to know anything else

Got a small steak @ cheese sub I think it had 1 steak- umm size of meat on it then I got fried zucchini which tasted freezer burnt and way to soggy .

I live ten minutes away yet our food was over 45 minutes late. My steak and cheese sub had no cheese nor the condiments that I’d ordered. When I called to see why our order was so late the woman said “I don’t know it’s on the way.” The only thing that was decent was their non homemade lemon cake which was discontinued from Olive Garden. Seriously awful and won’t be ordering or visiting again because it was such a waste of money for a special treat for dinner. Do yourselves a favor and just go to Kings or Dominos.

The pizza is kinda greasy. If that's ur cup of tea than this is ur pizza! Idk if they changed the meat for the steak n cheese sub, but it's stringy n grisly. Not bad

EDIT: Manager Ron called me was able to resolve the issue.Placed my order at 6:26 food didn't get here til 8:30. The guy that answered the phone was rude, said "It's on the way!" The food is absolutely AWFUL. Burnt, cold and inedible. Will not return or recommend ??

The website never works. Last few times ordering, ive gotten incorrect items or just missing food in general. Used to love this place and order at least once a week. Now more like once a month. Every second chance ive given has been a let down. Even tonight. Missing items, wrong items and a loss of appetite from being frustrated over it all.
