The young kid working on 1-6-23 wearing a Pittsburgh Steeler hat has the mouth of a sewer saying the f word saying the s word directly in front of customers no respect at all for people around listening very dreadful place I don't appreciate profanity when I'm trying to eat food he's got a very big mouth and it is a shame the Taco Bell employs people like this.I waited a full 10 minutes as a crew of 3 sat and texted, hurled profanities at each other while the other 2 just stood around with no clue there were people at the register waiting to order.This location is a joke when it comes to customer service.

Can't get a order correct to save their lives. Seriously EVERY OTHER ORDER IS WRONG. Twice now when they "Fix" my order THEY STILL GET IT WRONG. I didn't ask for a mini casadilla obviously I still wanted beef on my taco and if you're not sure maybe ask before handing it to me with a "here you go" instead of I'm sorry we messed up your order. Because I totally love letting the rest of the food get cold driving back up over and over. They even mess up our doordash orders. Forgot our drink last time. I'm not a get a manager person but I swear I'm going full Karen next time. I should've checked it again so that's on me. But I seriously didn't think you could mess up a soft taco with chicken ?

Hands down this is the #1 Taco Bell in Berkeley County. The service is great and they have the best Baja Blast. The people working here are really kind. It’s hard to find that nowadays. Keep up the good work!
