When we went in there was 1 couple there. All the tables had been cleared but not cleaned. We had to wipe glass droplets, salt and gunk off of our table before sitting down. The waitress (?) came out to ask what we wanted. We asked for a menu since this was our first time there and gave her our drink order. A simple water and a Pepsi. She was gone a few, then came out with the menus, said she had forgotten our drinks, what did we want again? She finally came back out with our drinks after sticking her head out the door and asking what the order was again, and we placed our food order. She treated other customers the same way. Never wiped off a table either. Commented at one point that she’d been there 8 years. Finally got the check, tipped her half what we normally would and debated on leaving nothing. When checking out we complained about the service and was told they had complained to the manager many times about her and nothing was ever done. Food was good, service the worst we’ve ever had!

Never leave reviews but you Food was awful! Cheese breadsticks were nasty, the Italian sub was cold the cheese wasn't even melted.

Terrible service. Waited over 45 minutes on food place was dead. Workers would rather be dancing behind the counter then giving refills.

This is my go to place, for a good spaghetti dinner, when I'm in town visiting. Haven't ate here in over a year, but the spaghetti is still the same great tasting dish I look forward to. Unfortunately they have changed the garlic bread I ordered along with. Not impressed with the " garlic roll ". Service was slow and kind of lacking.
The food was awful, pubwich with no ham, pizza bread not cook all the way through, so under cooked pork yum. Service was very slow and then never came back to table at all. But the worst was standing there to pay cashier, and watching them make food with no gloves on, bare hands in everything up front, and a cook even came out of the back of the kitchen grabbed two bare handfuls of lettuce and cheese to take to the back to put on something he was cooking. So many health violation, it was gross. I wish I had paid attention coming in to place would have never ordered from there in first place, but will definitely never go there again.

I eat here at Gino's all the time and am a huge fan. The service is almost always very good. I recommend this place. I come here with my two best friends quite often.Parking: I like it. It's easy to park and I don't have to try and squeeze in on the street.

Thank God I didn't get food I don't know how to get in touch with the owner about what I saw one of his employees do but I won't go back till they get the old staff back

Have eaten at Gino's most of my life and have always had a positive experience but not on this occasion. The staff were unfriendly and the food was horrible. Cold and unappetizing. Would not order from this particular location again.
