Wow, staff has turned this place around. I love 3 blocks away, eat there often. Staff is much friendlier & prompt. Cantina chicken tacos are GREAT. THANKS for stepping upWheelchair accessibility: Absolutely accessible.

My family is currently ordering at the kiosk inside. A woman working here is cussing and bad talking about the customers in the drive through. Telling the other employees that the woman in the drive through shouldn't be driving and is ordering like a toddler. She is complaining about the customers that ordered ahead of us. Shes just rude in general to the customers and to her employees

Food is good if you can get served. They don’t take orders inside anymore. If you go inside you have to use a kiosk that doesn’t take cash. Since there isn’t anyone at the front you have to wait for an employee to come out and get your cash. I waited 15 min and finally walked out. This usually isn’t an issue if they have other customers to bring food out to. Next time I’ll be going through the drive thru and then bring it inside. This isn’t an employee thing it’s a Taco Bell thing that I know of. They don’t want their employees to have to interact with customers.

Tbh, we live just around the corner from this location. Go there regularly (or we did). Thursday eve we got an item wrong in our order that our family member can’t eat. So, I jump right out to go back, this time I verify the correct items to have on it. Well, get back and it only has 1 item on it lol. No biggie, go back again, but being the 3rd trip, all the food was cold and we just didn’t want it. So, on that last run I advised by now, we will just get our refund for it all (I also had the food beside me to return, they said they couldn’t take it). But, only refunded 1 of 3 items. When I advised what happened, the young man I could tell was frustrated, even being helped by the manager. I said “no worries, I can come by in the afternoon tomorrow and get the rest. Relax.” So, Friday comes and I got in the rain storm and walk in, only to be told the menus, registers, etc had all just crashed due to the weather, so, I said ok I’ll come back. Saturday (today) comes and due to cold, I go through the drive through. At 12 noon ( usually I assume the more professional crew is on lunch. I was wrong…I was met by not 1, but 3 employees at the window. They asked who the name of the person from Friday was that informed me the system was down…I didn’t know!? So, I made sure to ask these THREE employees who were arguing with me their names. I was first told they couldn’t refund the amount, it was too large. I said “well, of the $17, 6 has already been refunded. You can’t refund my remaining $11 dollars I’ve made now, 5 trips here to get?” Then was advised that because my “ticket” had been put through already, they couldn’t do it. All of these are untrue, which made me mad. However, they said the GM (who would be in on Monday lol) would have to do it. I said ok, yet when I pulled away, the younger female employee made a rude comment. So, when I got home ( 3 min later) I called and asked the female manager that employees name please. Then I also advised her I was going to call another local location (that I used to work for) but, she cut me off and spoke over me saying “another location can’t refund you!?” Well, Crissy I wasn’t calling to get my refund, I was calling them to verify that all the info you rudely gave me were lies. But, she hung up before I could say so…so, I called back, this time the male of the 3 answered combatively. Upon asking his name, he said “it’s Chea.” Then began to spell it out phonically, to be rude. At that point I was furious. The years of business we’ve given this store. The countless mess ups we’ve let go before…and not one person in all 3 days even said “I’m sorry.” As someone who has worked in the service industry most of my adult years I can’t stand the fact that customer service is basically nonexistent in this country. No one is ever polite anymore about situations like this, and in fact, with the three employees waiting at the window. It goes to prove that they’re more looking to be combative, which I found surprising, considering it was the lunch shift on a Saturday at this location, which is typically very nice, especially during the day. So, I hope Crissy, Brooke, and Chea felt big treating that way, and making sure the NEVER eat at this local place again. Hopefully the GM on Monday is not only more helpful, but can get those employees corrected. Also, we will be contacting corporate regarding the issue.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever encountered. They consistently leave items out of orders. At this point they are intentionally stealing from their customers. It’s sad this cannot be a viable business. I wish I could leave less stars.

This is the nicest Taco Bell I've ever been to. There is a waterfall at the drive thru that is visible from the dining room. They have party lights and a very large outdoor seating area. American flags at the entrance to the parking lot. Very clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I'll go out of my way to eat at this location!
