I came in the last visit, a family were there and told them , "This sausage is wrong, it isn't the normal kind, it's not bad (as in rotten) just way off the normal taste. Supplier had sent the wrong sausage . Most restaurants would take it and serve and not care, but not the owner, she actually went through the freezers ,packed it up, drove to another county, and got the right ingredients.
