My experience was horrible. I ordered a burger meal with onion rings and I asked for grilled onions, but they gave me raw onions. My burger was not freshly made. It tasted like it was precooked and they heated up to make the cheese melt. The waiter didn't come by my table to check to see if I needed anything. I had to ask for napkins. I was told he was new. Then, I had to ask someone to find him because I wanted desert. My bill was $24 so, I gave him $40. He gave me $11 back but my change was supposed to be $14. He was sassy with me as well. Although he corrected it but I left no TIP. poor service. Now, I feel also, if I had been white.............maybe the outcome would had been better. This is how I felt. I tried to be as nice as I could without getting upset. I needed to post this so they have the opportunity to train their employees. I hope no one will experience what I experienced.

Wasn’t even busy at all and we watched a table get sat and never get greeted after 10 minutes and left. My food came out wrong i order and steak with mashed potatoes and fries and it came with broccoli. I told the waiter i was supposed to have fries and he said he’ll go get them .About 5 to 10 minutes pass and the host brought me the fries . He never got us refills i had to ask for one and my brothers drink was empty the whole time and he brought me back one but not him. Now it’s about 20 minutes after we got our food and our waiter brings me my fries and i said someone had already brought them . So then i just ask for the check and a box and brings me the check and no box and then i notice he charged me a basket of fries .. (they were supposed to come with me meal) i was going to tell him but he never came back to the table to even check us out . So i went and got a manger and as im explaining my frustration the table gets up behinds us and and walked out because they sat for 10 minutes not greeted as well. They manger just looked at them in shock and didn’t even say anything to them to try to fix the situation. He didn’t take anything off for us other than the fries that i shouldnt been charged. He just checked us out . Not good service at all and poor communication!

We have an infant currently so seating in restaurants is difficult but their highchairs convert to hold carseats. I only gave 4 stars on food cause they're burgers and steaks really depend on whos cooking but chicken dishes are always good

I went here with my daughter after a cheer comp and the service was horrible! First, they were giving attitudes and rolling their eyes. Then, was getting mad about the large group we had and even had an attitude with my daughter asking for a larger booth when it was so crowded! Never EVER go here.

Usually a good experience here but absolutely don’t bother trying to go here for your 21st birthday! We got Lea and I had spoken to her on the phone a week before about trying to make a reservation and she was rude and told me they don’t take reservations and hung up. We tried to go in for my 21st birthday and she went to ask her manager if she could accept my ID since it expired that day and we could clearly hear the manager say “yeah that’s fine we can take it” and she came back and said they’d take it today but not after which was fine and a few minutes later she comes back with some lie about not being able to take a vertical ID due to West Virginia law which we know is false cause when we moved here my husband had the vertical for a few weeks and we went there and they took it no problem. We’ll be taking the trip to winchester for Applebees from now on
