I wanted to call this spot a great place to go to in downtown Martinsburg but the owner whose name is David is truly lacking basic customer service skills and treats his customers with zero respect. I walked into the bar on a Wednesday when Google and his sign states that he’s open. He refused to offer me any kind of service. He kept serving people that was there already or came in after me. The place would be great if the owner treated his loyal patrons like he should. This place will go under because he keeps treating his customers soooo poorly. Get a grip dude!

My husband and I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with plans to have one Bloody Mary and go somewhere else for lunch. One Bloody Mary turned into a 5 hour stay! The drinks were great, the owner was very friendly, the other customers were great and the Curry Dawgs hit the spot! Overall, a great vibe. Highly recommend and we will go back.

I was enjoying a drink at the bar when I noticed a gentleman (which was the owner) up front fussing at some customers that were sitting as you come in . Not sure what it was about but I heard him say you have no class & you’re acting like a low class person! Wow ? that’s very unprofessional to say to someone much less a customer in your establishment! From what I saw I didn’t see any wrong doing on the customers part ! It was a little extreme on the owners part to say what he did to these customers!! He’s the one who seemed to have no class to me by the words he chose to say to these customers ! Needless to say we won’t be back !

The six of us initially had a blast. The bar tender was extremely nice and he was working all by himself. We enjoyed it that we decided to come back after a little shopping downtown. Well needless to say we went back in and the owner, David , was there and we all said hi. He was so high and mighty with himself and he was extremely rude. He treated all of us like a piece of poop. I don't understand this disrespectful attitude towards us. I think it was because we weren't his regular customers. We found out that he was drunk and he is mean when he drinks. Very unprofessional! So we left and none of us will be back. It's his loss and we all have a lot of friends in this town that will be informed not to visit this man's establishment. I guarantee this condescending owner will NOT be in business much longer!

We came here recently, and I sent in my kids just to simply ask if pets were allowed. They came back saying the owner kicked them out by aggressively repeating the fact that the place was meant only for 21+. Then sarcastically said, "Maybe you can come back in a few years." I understand that rules do change but he was being very unnecessaraly rude. This is truly disappointing considering that this use to be a place that me and my family loved and enjoyed coming to.
