I've been here 10 times. Never seen anything like this. The stuffing was like gravel. The biscuits for The sausage gravy,Was still liquid in the middle. I could go on. Just so disappointed and my bill was $72 it was reduce to $55 which I begrudingly paid. PLEASE FIX THIS! This once proud franchise has become worse than a inner city soup house.

A very good lunch while traveling. The food was good, the service was excellent and it was a pleasant break from the car

This place is the absolute slowest in the martinsburg area. Waiting 25+ minutes every time when picking up food that was placed an hour ago. They’ll tell you 5 minutes when in reality it’s 20 more minutes. Management must be horrible to allow this to continue on every occasion I have visited or picked up from this particular restaurant

I don't know what happened to this Bob Evans, but it has definitely fallen off. My bacon not only could practically still oink, but it tasted like cooking oil, not bacon. Same with my home fries, undercooked, and super greasy flavored. Even the eggs came with a healthy dose of oil. It's not that easy to mess up breakfast foods, but this Bob Evans can accomplish it. The waitress who rang me up was polite, but that's my only positive.

Waiter was very dismissive, waited almost 10 minutes before i was even asked what i want to drink, food was sitting for a while before it got to me, and waiter didn’t ask if I wanted anything else after. I will say it kind of looked like they were busier but still.

I have always loved the biscuits and gravy at Bob Evans but today was the worst meal I've ever had in my life. The gravy was sour and bitter. The home fries were not done. The scrambled eggs were congealed.

I placed an online order, 3rd or 4th time, half my order missing last time so this time I called and was guaranteed it would all be there, food is delicious when you get it but ordered a family dinner with one of my sides being broccoli, I did get my broccoli this time, straight off the salad bar, raw, uncooked broccoli. Almost $400 in the last 4 orders, I'm done with Bob Evans

The Bob Evans that I experienced in Martinsburg was not what I expected. When I eat out (not in my neighborhood) I order breakfast. I thought it was a sure thing. However, Bob Evans seems they use the same frying oil/grease as the Family Diner next door to them. I ate there 2 weeks earlier. I happened to stop at a diner in PA the week following my visit to Bob Evans and it was wonderful. I think it was a truck stop Diner. Food tasted very good (although service was poor) - Anyway, my point is, that maybe it is a "state" regulation about the oil/grease that the food is fried in. It has a funny taste to it. I took 2 bites of my food & could not finish. Although Waffle House was the same no matter what state I was in. I MISS WAFFLE HOUSE. It was always a sure thing.
