My wife and I frequently go here. We have the same thing each visit, which is an All American Classic and the mango habenero traditional wings. While I think that the food is terrific, I think the service is particularly noteworthy. Travis is generally there, and he has quite a memory. Today, he told us thanks for your patience, which is funny because it couldn't have been more friendly and efficient if he had tried. Travis, Dokes, and everyone else do a great job.
AMAZING!! I believe the servers name was Stacy.She was very kind, on top of things, and overall amazing!We had a run in with another server who was rude, we asked her for something since we didn’t want to bother our server because she was busy with another table at that moment. And she got rude with us, rolled her eyes, walked away. Then went back and was rude to our server about us needing things. She was very unprofessional. I don’t know her name but she had a ponytail with black hair and purple highlights. So if she’s your server.. run…But if you have Stacy, our amazing server, then you’ll have a great time here!Stacy apologized about the situation, even though it was not her fault, she was very kind about the situation and brought the manager to us so we could talk to him about the purple highlights lady.Overall, besides the rude server, we had an amazing time!!! The food was great, the service was great, and the place was clean. I highly recommend Stacy as a server
Bad reviews are getting removedWent last night server said my sister and her friends IDs needed double checked cause she was new then they took their IDs for 10 minutes came out and said they were fine after we got our appetizer the manager came out pulled up an outdated website (I checked it was valid 2015-2017) and said Maryland IDs expire every 5 years on a persons birthday and my sisters didn’t (Maryland IDs now expire every 8 years) my sister had also just ordered a replace. We immediately left. Maryland has Real IDs which has serveral indicators one is real that can’t be copied in a fake ID. The server also got smart with us as we left. Martinsburg in general doesn’t have a good reputation for any restaurants but our friend lives here so we didn’t want to go back to Hagerstown to eat.
Great food but always disappointing service. I think this is more of a company culture problem since every Buffalo wild wing I've ever been to the food is good but the service is terrible. They're always extremely untimely or rude or mess up the order or any combination of the three.

I travel A LOT for work. I have Never had as good service at a Buffalo Wild Wings in my life. Food came out in literally 3 minutes. Everyone, from manager to server and busser, took my request as a priority. I asked the manger for water because I couldn’t see the server (it was 10:30pm they were in the process of closing) and at first (2 minutes) he got distracted and when coincidentally made eye contact with him, I could see by his face, he remembered and immediately went and got me water.When I left I forgot my card and he ran out to the parking lot as I was pulling out of my parking spot to hand me my card.Grade A service.Missy was very helpful and hospitable.Tip your waiters and waitress well.

I ordered take out the food was horrible. I called in and spoke to the manager Collin I was told he would give me a gift card but leaving out of town that would not work. I was told he could not refund cash but the service and great customer service skills and knowing how put ice on fire Collin offers to refund cash out of his pocket. Now I was pissed because everything was closed and I was hungry but this guy put that fire out cold. Thank you Collin

Buffalo Wild Wings, you've probably heard about BeatBox, but if you haven't, you will hear soon! BeatBox has already joined forces out in California and Arizona and they are looking to expand to all BWW around the US! I personally think they go good with just about every meal, but having a great time watching the game with BeatBox would be even better!
One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. Management must not have a clue what they're doing servers were standing around I waited 20 minutes on a drink refill and didn't have napkins for pretty much the entire meal. Went outside to smoke and multiple managers were outside and seemed to be out there my entire meal. Really makes the franchise look bad.

Our waitress disappeared most of the time we were there. I wish that they would have assigned Stepheni to our table. She was very nice and on top of everything (cleaning tables, sweeping, rushing to the phone and greeting new customers). Great job lady!!
