Waited at door standing in front of hostess for 10 minutes no one said anything to us. 3 separate groups of people came in after us. Hostess immediately added them to the wait list. After waiting for almost 20 minutes total the hostess finally says, "Are you on the wait list?" Obviously not if you didn't put us there. Awful situation. I've had better customer service at McDonald's.

Wow … really awful. We had to constantly chase down our server to get basics: napkins, utensils refills, etc. Tried to order a cab sauv … 5 minutes later told we are out of that. Ok we will take a Pinot Grigio … 5 minutes later, we are out of that also. Ordered trio fajitas (steak, chicken and shrimp). Came to the table with no steak. By the time the steak showed up the remainder was cold. Was not busy at all so absolutely no excuse. I will say the taste of the food was solid but no way we are coming back to this location. Very disappointed.

Ordered a chicken crisper salad through DoorDash. Was sent RAW AND COLD chicken while PREGNANT. Not only that, they gave me sour cream and not dressing? Like how lazy does someone have to be? Let’s give our pregnant customers food poising like can endanger a babies life because we choose to be that lazy.

Ordered two burgers with fries from the 3 for Me list. The chips and salsa and baked potato soup were good. The burgers were large and delicious. Got 2 drinks and 2 pieces of cheesecake for around $30. ???
I had the opportunity to go with my wife and children and the food was excellent, and the service was super stellar!! The young man who served us told us he was new, but he treated us wonderfully. I'm sorry I don't remember his name.
