I don’t see how customers call and complain yes they may get short staffed time to time but it’s life people don’t like working. When I called and check on orders to make sure they went thru dave misty shauna or other staff I forget all names are always knowledgeable however one time michelle was super rude sounded high as all get out I called next day to express my concern Heather said it’s life and semi fast food nobody tells you to order dominos and hung up on me mind you this happen end September of 2022 whenni addressed my concerns to the GM he was so well knowledgeable very polite he even noticed we order a lot and thanked me for my business I give this store 10 stars weather it be online order for delivery or online for pick up. Even if I was in inwood or spring mills I’d drive the extra miles to deal with this location and the delivery drivers candy ken and the little Spanish guy are freaking awesome and so polite GREAT STAFF keep up the good work

Dropped my pizza and tried to still pass it off like nothing was wrong with it. Asked for a refund and the manager preceded to insult me calling me a lier. He followed me out in the parking lot threatening me. People be aware. Not a good place.

Just picked up pizza and if weren't for the drive back I would probably throw it back at them. Burnt and didn't even ask for well done like I normally would have. Most likely be the last time at this location or any other Domino"s for that matter.

This place deserves no stars. They are all junkies. The manager lies about his name when it come to a issue and will hang up on you and if you keep calling back he will threaten you if you come to the store. His staff messes up orders and if you call about it the manager will tell you to come to the store and see what happens. The same manager that told me at first his name is Henry but now his name is justin nods out while handling complaints so I stopped ordering and just went to the store but nods out while making any order and is very confrontational with the customers. I have a 2 year old with me and he scared her. I hope dominos does not condone this. Would be 0 stars if I could

Ordered food at 6:08, email said delivery estimated at 27-37 minutes. Timothy began quality checking our order at 6:23, call store at 7:00 put on long hold, while on hold got text saying driver in his way 6:57; in neighborhood at 7:03. (He wasn’t), in driveway 7:06 (wrong driveway), pizza at door 7:08. One pizza was warm, one was dried out and cold, had to reheat, didn’t help. Cinnamon sticks warm and smothered until blacken with gritty sugars. Paid $39.30 for gross food with a tip. Won’t tip in advance anymore that’s for sure, if ever.

I go to this Domino's everytime I want pizza. The employees are always so sweet and they always smile (you can even tell under their masks). They're was only one time my order wasn't up to par, but I've probably ordered about 50 times or close to it. My order is always correct and tastes AMAZING! For that, I'd rate them 5 stars because they're all that and a bag of chips.

I live 4.3 miles from this store and they won’t deliver to me...ridiculous. Has the delivery radius changed to 4 miles? Doesn’t sound like a good business strategy to me

Was lazy today and didn't feel like cooking. Seen a Domino's add on tv for a large 3 topping pizza for carry out only for 7.99 that sounded good. Decided to take a little drive and got two to bring home and take care of a few meals of no cooking. Service was pretty fast and didn't wait long. Person taking my order was very polite in dealing with me and my hearing loss that the masks complicate and I appreciate him taking the time to deal with me. The pizza was very good and hit the spot. I dont always go by the price of somthing but more by the service I get so that it doesn't turn into a chore to go to a certain place. People were good, service was good and a fair price. Thank you.
Every employee here works incredibly hard and it does not go unnoticed! Delivery is always quick and I've never once had an incorrect or disappointing order. Everyone that I've come in contact with at this location has been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you to Alvin, Bill, Molly, and Kayla...and everyone else that I haven't learned the names of yet. You are all awesome!If you're looking for a new and delicious Dominos pizza customization... I implore you to try their thin crust pizza, with extra garlic parmesan sauce, chicken, and steak. Enjoy :)

Order some pizzas they forgotten one of them didn't charge me for it .. Ordered a supreme pizza with 5 toppings and tge pizza was under cooked.. Maybe it was just an off night.. Usually there pizzas are great

I get take out from here once a week. Pizza is my all time favorite food. My favorite thing to order is thin crust , chicken, banana peppers, & tomatoes. Don't forget the garlic sauce! Yum

I had a few months of poor behavior and we stopped ordering from you but YOUR BACK!! Top of the line service again. Order was correct, service with a smile, everything double checked. They got our order wrong again. Order accuracy at this location has declined over the last few months. However, my biggest concern was that only 2 of the staff were wearing their masks. The others thought that they were chin protectors, including the manager.
