Food was very hot when served. Well cleaned restaurant place and a nice family atmosphere. The lady who does the cooking has been the same over 35 years. This is why I have been coming here for years.
JUST GO!!! great food. Kinda a hole in the wall. Which in my opinion are the best. Better than China King. Far better. Sit down tables and booths. The owner is very nice. The pho was deep in flavor and the meetballs where like China Town NYC. Great food good people to support.

Everything about Empire China is Fantastic!!My Wife and I try to eat here at least once a week as our schedules alow, and we are never disappointed! Our favorite thing is the Pho here. We tried the two thai places in Martinsburg and their Pho does not compare. I have also tried a coupme other menu items and everything is delicious!!
