The small child manager that thinks he can determine whether or not his employees are allowed freedom is a joke. I will never use their service ever again. In my LIFE. Lucky if I use any other five guys at that. Said manager was upset that we spoke to an employee that we knew. Employee ended up clocking out and leaving. This is disgusting behavior. Humans are social creatures and we have formed bonds with those in our community. The hostility I experienced today will not be tolerated. Congratulations hot head, you've lost a customer and an employee. How does it feel to be heartless? Good job on shorting yourself an employee today.Kid-friendliness: Do not recommend children coming to the location. The environment is hostile and you are not to distract the employees and we all know children can be a distraction. This is NOT a family establishment, or an asset to the community. Placed an order online for pickup. Waited another 30 minutes in store after pick up time for order(hour total). I wouldn't care so much if in store orders, after my pick up time, weren't being fulfilled before my order. I watched multiple family's order, after I checked in for my pickup, and receive their food in store. Why offer online ordering if you don't do online ordering? So confusing. Employees are very nice. Food is delicious.
