I had a pizza From here around the time they reopened however, the pizza was not as good as before.. yesterday I got a a feta and spinach Stromboli. That was amazing ?. I was happy that they lived up to what I always knew. Greatness!!! However, the wings were really dry. I had plain wings by the way.

This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this place, every time I go in there the atmosphere is off, the workers are complaining, arguing & not getting along. The customer service isn’t there at all! Last night I went in to get the two pizza special but one of those should have been free because a previous order I had gotten one of them was burned. They don’t have enough help! A 2 pizza special is 24.95 I literally paid 18.00 dollars just for one pads so in all reality I paid for the pizza mistake from last order! I know this business just opened up last nights experience was worse than the first time I was there. Whoever was running the register was rude to fullest, rude to Chris & the customers that were also waiting because her attitude & customer service is off! She told me 20 minutes I came back about 15 minutes there was just arguing between her & manager of when pizza would be ready & how many orders were ahead of mine I never complained once & really didn’t appreciate the comments & attitude directed towards me & my order all I cooks do is shake my head! There should be no arguments infront of customers the way that’s it was last night I felt like asking for a refund and just forget my order but I promised my kids pizza & it was convenient for me. This place needs proper experienced help! Disappointed completely!

On a whim, a friend and I came in for a slice. I told my husband about it as soon as I got home and we went a couple days later to prove to him just how good this pizza is. The perfectly crisp fold, the cheese pull, the authentic sauce, it’s truly the best pizza around! Had the chance to talk to the owner and his passion for perfection is real!! Looking forward to our next visit for the steak and cheese and calzone!! Take all my monies!!

They should apologize for taking over a well loved pizza joint and ruining it. The pizzas are small for the price and have no flavor. 2nd time there and they still didn't do any better.

I really wanted to love this place but I can't as of yet. I called for a delivery order and the owner did accommodate me even though they technically did not deliver. That was absolutely going above and beyond. However, I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza. Well done! What I got was a large half pepperoni half mushroom pizza. I also notice that it was extremely burnt on the bottom and way too much attached semolina. It was way past well done on the bottom and not on the top. Maybe the oven is off a little. The wings he raved about were so overcooked that they were not enjoyable due to having a lot of dried out spots. For $40 for a pizza and wings and a $10 tip you would expect a little better quality. There was barely any sauce on the pizza itself. The cheese however, was delicious and there was very few and far between mushrooms or pepperoni. I think I would like to try this place again in the future, but they definitely need to work on some things. The owner is an absolute gem and as long as he doesn't get crushed by the business and the Cranky people in the world he will do good. He just needs to get his feet straight and get his business down pat. Good luck and maybe sometime down the line I will try again once everything is worked out.
I ordered the Meatlovers Cauliflower Crust Pizza and it is the BEST pizza I’ve ever had! OH MY GOODNESS! So so good, didn’t spike my blood sugar, super fresh and super delicious! So happy to have found a place where I can enjoy pizza while being diabetic! Thank you so much, also my mom raves about your chicken cheesesteak sub! We will definitely be back! We tried their pizza right after they re opened....wasn't impressed. Then I remembered that they need a little time to get their feet wet. We decided to.try their pizza again today. I called in my order. The lady that answered was very nice and professional. She took my order and told me the total and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later. The pizza was ready as promised. The same lady took care of ringing up my order. Still very friendly and professional. Got home, opened the box and immediately I knew it was going to be much better than the pizza we had gotten when they first opened. It was really good. The price was appropriate for the order. I'm officially a fan of Giovannis again.
