On average, my wife and I enjoy their food. Today's experience was just a bit frustrating. I know part of the employees' job is to be conversational, but sometimes they spend too much time chatting about nonsense and not paying attention to the order that they are preparing. Today was one of those times.....my wife explicitly requested no lettuce, add bacon and add mayo on her sub at least 4 times. However, the young employee making her sub cared more about discussing and trying out different foreign accents, that he failed to provide any of her requests. We certainly appreciate good customer service, but perhaps tone down the small talk a bit and focus on the customer's order.

So, never ate at a Jersey Mike's before today. Guess I picked the right location for an introduction. Compared to Subway steak and cheese, there was no comparison! It melted in your mouth! The staff was efficient and friendly. I was recognized by no less than 3 employees. One while at the table... asked if everything was satisfying. I thought for a second I was at a "real restaurant" and not a sandwich shop.... And, oh yea... @DannyDeVito, you're right. You can hear the sizzle!Thank you for a great lunch!

My husband usually picks out food up. We eat here regularly but it had been awhile since I been in the establishment. The last time my husband visited he came home and told me how nice the entire staff was. He said each person spoke to him. All seem happy to be working (we all know that’s never the case anymore in fast food) I gotta give it to this entire staff u rock. I own a business and I’d love yo find people out there like u. The good was also the best it’s been in a very long time. Kudos. Merry Xmas.

Tried to order on the app, it wouldn't work so we went to the store. Teenage staff goofing off made it take forever and they skipped the vegetables on my hot sub. I get home to find the app did charge me despite never leaving the cart page and call the store because i paid 70 dillars for 2 subs! Manager asked if it could wait until the next day. I said no I want my refund to which she called me disrespectful and treated me like I was rude for even asking. Online support sent one email in response over two weeks so I had to go to the bank and do a charge back. Disrespectful staff and horrible customer service. Will never go back.

Sub was did not taste right. I called and spoke with a manager who told me I could bring the sub back for another sub. ( I don't drive as im older) a fee days later I recalled and asked if someone else could bring my receipt and nasty sub up to get my replace meant they said yes. I sent someone up to get it for me. This person is very trustfulThis person stated that at first the manager on duty was not wanting to replace my sub. Quested her she had the slip they gave me and the nasty sub. After this person called me only then would they replace my sub. If someone spoke to one manger a different manager should not question what another manager said. I'm very displeased.

I am a true "Jersey Girl" born and raised! From Northern NJ --- 15 minutes from Manhattan, NY via the Path Train, to the Jersey Shore (Ocean County) via the Garden State Parkway or NJTPK. I know the taste of an authentic hot Pork Roll sandwich or NJ/NY style Bagel in the morning for breakfast; a "Jimmy Buffs" Italian Hotdog or NY Style slice for lunch when not enjoying a real "Jersey Sub!" When my parents moved to WV 35 years ago, they often commented on the many "NJ/NY Food Impersonators! But then my siblings and I visited The Commons and came across this gem of a sandwich shop... Jersey Subs is the closest to home I have tasted in WV. The portions are abundant like NJ/NY (shy of Cooper's Deli), and the customer service is on point. The only minus would have to be for the bread... Martinsburg is not a great breadmaking place; there are no bakeries. The bagels, hoagie bread, and hardrolls, which are crucial to the overall success of the sandwich, are often lacking. The fresher and denser the bread (NJ/NY style) - the better: slightly crispy on the outside and moist/soft on the inside (where are the bakeries here?) Another concern is the limited array of cheeses (no cheddar or Colby Jack). But overall, I give Jersey Subs 4 Stars. My family and I were truly impressed. You've won us over. Keep up the great work!Dr. Jenkins (NJ/GA)(Turkey sub)

We love coming to this location. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The subs are always well made and they don’t skimp on the juice! My personal favorites are the chipotle cheesesteak and classic Italian. There really is no bad option here!
