Came here for lunch today and our experience was very good! The chorizo queso is delicious. The avacado carne asada burrito is a little plain and tasted okay. The pina coladas were great. Our waitress was amazing! She was friendly, quick, and super sweet. We’ll definitely be back!

We stopped here as a halfway meeting point with relatives. I read good reviews about the food and service and wasn't disappointed. Our server was Krisha and she couldn't have been nicer. She was attentive and just a great personality. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. I had a mushroom question which was terrific and my wife had fish tacos. She could write a book titled "Fish Tacos Across America" as she always orders fish tacos. She declared these as the second best fish tacos she's ever had... High praise coming from someone with lots of experience. If I lived near Las Trancas I'd be a regular.

Went here for the first time last night, it’s a nice little tucked away spot with some great food. we started off with the chorizo cheese dip. Highly recommend that, it was delicious. The salsa that comes with the chips was good, more on the mild side and kinda sweet. The chorizo cheese dip was 10/10. I got the house special fried chimichangas, one chicken and one beef. Both were chock full of chunk meat that had good flavor, good size portion, the chicken was good but I think the beef was better. Very well flavored on both of them. my wife got the super chipotle burrito. It was larger then expected, very flavorful and had a good heat to it. We would get both those dishes again. I Tried the mushroom quesadilla and it was a nice pile of sautéed mushrooms in a cheese quesadilla, one tortilla folded in half. Good flavor, well cooked. Think I’ll try the spinach one next time. Ended with churros for something sweet, they had apple filling in them..? They were cooked well, good flavor but we liked them better with the vanilla ice cream they came with. Our waiter was very attentive without being overbearing, kept our drinks full and made sure we didn’t need anything. The interior was very roomy, booth tables are not anchored which I prefer personally as I’m a bigger guy and she likes the table closer to her and the kid so it works out for all of us. Well lit, he got chicken tenders and fries and liked them fine. Only thing I would change is I would tint the front glass and front door. We went in the evening and when people back into spots out front the headlights come through the front of the restaurant pretty good. Either way, it was good food, very decent pricing for the quality food you get in my opinion.. very good service, we will definitely go back.
We ordered two steak tortas and got pork tortas instead. When we called and told the manager they acted like we were lying and told us to bring the food back which will cost us at least $10 in gas to go there and back! Next time I’ll get food from El Ranchero’s at least they know how to make the right sandwich the first time, and they know how to give good customer service! Never ordering anything from this hole in the wall again!
