We went through the drive through on 4/24 around 730pm. We were asked if we were using a code, we were so we provided it. She proceeded with the order & when she gave us the total it was $5 something. We stated that was incorrect and asked if she got the code. She then stated it was invalid and asked for it again, we loaded the new code and once she put that in she told us it was already redeemed. Well yes, it tells me on the app when you get the code put in. You had me redo it. She says she’ll get her manager to fix it. We pull around & pay, when we finally receive our food we were missing a drink, we ask the boy at the window nicely for a coke and give him a $5. He goes to get the drink comes back and asked if we want the change, we say yes. He then says okay here’s your $5 back we didn’t charge you. You were going to keep the cash?? We leave & go home. Once we get home we realize they gave us the incorrect soda & both sandwiches were made incorrectly even though both tags attached to the sandwiches had the modifications listed correctly. I understand it’s McDonald’s and this is not a desirable job, but I do expect people to comprehend English at the least.

Upper management at this job is honestly just disgusting. Between the way they treat employees and customers I really believe they shouldn't be in a business where they need to interact with humans. In all honesty I think they could learn a thing or two about manners in a puppy training class. This location is quickly tanking and the managers and gm are to blame. They will continue to have a high turn over rate upset and overworked employees and the service will continue to suck. Hopefully they get replaced again soon.

I came to this McDonald’s Monday April 22nd at 3:20am doing deliveries for door dash to pick up an order and the worker that was at the window she came to the window rude, aggressive and when I asked her politely how long will the order be ready she gave me more attitude and told me to take myself to the third window and closed the window on my face.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only are some of them extremely rude when we go through the drive thru, but also mess up our order EVERY time. It’s the closest store to us before we head to work. They always pull us up for a simple cheeseburger or two. This morning they told us to wait a minute. We waited 5. Another car came through the other speaker and they took their order first. I’ve ordered a few breakfast sandwiches before & they forgot one. We called them and they had to ask us every question just because they didn’t want to give it to us! I ordered a mcchicken ADD tomato, 2 McDoubles add tomato and extra pickle. The mcchicken didn’t have chicken on it. The McDoubles only had tomato, nothing else. I try to be understanding, but when it’s all the time, and they’re very rude to my sweet mother who tries to wish them a good day and stuff, it pisses me off! The one order they messed up on, and we were missing sandwiches, they didn’t want to give us what we didn’t get, even though we had the receipt and showed proof. Do not recommend. Also they’ve given my mom cold coffee in the morning too. I’ve worked at a McDonald’s and will say it was never that chaotic.

Mind-numbingly frustrating to get any kind of efficient customer service reaction from the staff here. Placed a mobile order at 10:20 (at home) for breakfast, as I was not going to be able to make the line in time and also im not paying DD 30+ dollars to pick up an order thats a mile away from the store. Finally get to this location around 10:40 and I send my husband in to get our order. Misplaced the phone in the backseat so I figured he could just tell them the details of the order and everything would be fine, nope -they absolutely will not serve you if you don't have a number from the app itself. OK, locate the phone and I go in myself. I was told that they don't begin preparing the order until you confirm you are at the store, which is fine, totally take responsibility for my lack of self awareness as to how the McDonald's app is currently functioning. (only my 2nd time using) After about 5 minutes of discussion and passing around my phone that had 2 different order confirmations on it (app and email) with other employees I was assured that the 18$ charge would drop off and I would need to re-order. It's about 11am now so the manager with 1 inch acrylic nails meanders over (you didn't let me know your name) and let's me know that there isn't much breakfast selection left but she can "see what she can come up with". So I'm pretty annoyed at this point but the delay is technically my fault so I just roll with it, pay another 17$ and wait about 10 more minutes for my 3 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns. Finally I get the order I placed an hour ago and I run it out to my ravenous husband and screaming child in the car. Decided to check my bank balance before I leave and I still have an 18$ charge so I run back in to confirm that there is no action the store itself needs to take for a refund. No- the assistant manager "Trish" I believe is her name, assures me that it will come off within a few hours. OK, FINALLY I can sit down and enjoy my breakfast. Let me tell you, I started talking to God when I went back to the car and my husband told me that every sandwich was completely wrong. Now I'm pretty upset that I have to go back in this establishment for the 4th time. I'm still trying to be patient because I really do understand how nerve wracking fast food is for the employees but when the manager I originally dealt with looked me in the eyes after i stood at the counter with bag in hand for another 5 minutes and sent a young associate to "help me" the cheese almost slid off my bread yall. Not sure if the cashier input the order wrong after going over it with her twice or if the manager just decided to throw in whatever she had left on the line, without asking if that's okay with me but regardless, Trish was sent over again (not the original manager i had dealt with and apparently didnt want to deal with me) and I informed her that everything was wrong, 80% of the whole order sans hashbrowns and a tea and I just want to get a partial refund and move on because at this point I've wasted too much time dealing with this, my daughter is done with sitting and waiting and my husband is annoyed. Trish promptly and silently issued a refund without question and everyone sighed in relief when I finally exited, but it doesn't end there. Get home to check my account and 17$ from the in-store order and a 12$ charge back after the refund that was issued. So in total, Foxcroft Avenue McDonald's has taken an hour and a half of my time and charged me full price for a meal i didnt consume. The staff was totally annoyed with me and made no attempt to redirect an efficient customer service action - they simply wanted me gone. Now I have to spend more time attempting to call the store to inquire where my $ is or spend the next few hours waiting for it to appear.Tldr: this location misplaced my $ and gave me the wrong food after i went in 4 different times within the hour and does not care about how they interact with customers and it matters to me TO

It's halirious that after hours the drive thru only accepts cash, writes your order down, does not use the cash register, and never can keep people's order straight. Sounds like some cash pocketing at its finest. Poor poor service and totally discombobulated. Owners may wanna consider popping in one night.

If i could give zero stars for this location, I would. The manager at this location should seriously consider a job where she does not have to interact with customers. I submitted a mobile order at this location today, and my coworker went to pick it up. However, when he arrived at this location to pick up the mobile order, it was not there. When questioned regarding the order, the manager admitted someone had just came to pick it up, but said she was not responsible for who the order went to. Funny right? After refusing to remake the order for my coworker, I headed towards the restaurant. When i got there her story changed and didn’t even mention that another person had come to pick it up, she was trying to say my coworker took it, when the mobile orders he had did not match the number of my order.In the end, she did remake my order, however while submitting the new order she said “I will do this for this one time, but I will not do it again”. How you gonna lose my mobile order, and then say you can’t remake my food? I have never had a problem with this location in the past, but I can promise you i will not be back! Such a shame how poor the management is.

Got 2 Big Mac asked for extra sauce and got it but only had one patty on both of them. The fries were cold and had no salt. Still ate it cause it's still food but from previous visits to this place think it's best to steer clear till something gets figured out.

My husband got really sick from this location, and I mean REALLY sick! I will never eat at a McDonald’s again, and I would like others to be aware cause this needs to be looked at further, and I will be contacting the health department.
