Ordered in the app. Husband went in when the app glitched. He got ignored for 10 minutes. He finally spoke to someone and then got ignored again. 20 minutes later....I go in. It's 10 p.m. I placed my order at 9:18 p.m. Don't y'all see the problem.

It used to be just fine here, but the last month or so I've gotten wet, undercooked squishy nuggets and fries because they're just trying to rush orders out. Is it really that hard to just let the food finish cooking??? Not to mention half filled fries, drinks, missing items far more often, it just feels like it's gotten lazy here. I understand it's a busy store, but good lord at least let the food finish cooking. That extra 30 seconds isn't going to kill you.

Staff is great and friendly. McDonald's prices have become RIDICULOUS!
They don't even care that they forget to put items in your order although it's a mobile order and yet it's come back and we will refund money . Why should I have to waste my gas for you when it was a mobile order that you took money out before picking up a d yet you still couldn't get it right.

The food was sitting on the table probably for 5-10 minutes the employee was gonna throw it away but right before I picked it up the fries tasted non cooked heated it up it made it worse.

I don’t really eat McDonald’s but I ordered the new “double Big Mac” and I got a regular Big Mac in the double Big Mac package, I never check my bag so I thought it was good but I got home and it looked normal and when I checked the patties, I got 2 instead of 4. They haven’t gotten bad lately and they don’t deserve the pay they say they want

Bro I’m a Mexican and I barely complain about service, but the people working at this location need to get a check up! They got my order wrong, charged me for the Sauces I needed but the worst thing was, when I came inside to ask for my missing food, there was a lady walking around with Pescado frito (Fried Whole Fish) giving it out to employees, the lady that was fixing my order grabbed a chunk of the fish and put it in her mouth and started fixing my order! Like bro! Wash your hands first!! I didn’t say anything there because I didn’t want to make a scene, but that is my complaint, never had a problem there before but from the looks of it the whole staff is new there.
