They can never get the order correct. IfYou want sauce with your order make sure you check before you drive off they never put the sauces in. It’s beyond aggravating. You have two jobs….put the chicken in the bag and put the sauce in there. Epic fail.

January 11th, 2023. 3:15 pmHad to sit at the speaker for 3 minutes before they finally answered, pulled up the window had to wait for 5 minutes there. Then they just handed out our food and said nothing and walked away. No have a nice day, nothing.It seems they’re only taking one order at a time and leaving the others at the speaker for 3-5 minutes

The chicken sandwiches were not fresh. The cashier she was incompetent ask the same question 4 times before she understood. This location need a new management team to guide their employees.

The tables were dirty. The trash was spilling out. The Coke machine was not refilled with certain drinks. Staff were nice. Food was good.

Food was fine but today the service sucked. Went around 4:30pm. Waited a little bit in the drive thru (about 10 minutes) as the line was moderate. Ordered dark meat for one of the meals and was told 5 minutes after getting drinks at window. Not a big deal.However, it took over 15 minutes of waiting and after a different person who was also waiting after me for their food went in the restaurant to check on their order (3 cars in total waiting, 1 before me, myself and one after me), someone walked out with food (went to the wrong car at first), finally got food and drove home.Should have checked bag after waiting for so long as they forgot 3 items in my bag so had to go back again. Hopefully this was a fluke as I usually have no trouble here. Not a good experience today!

Popeyes used to have actual full juicy chicken tenders. Now they serve thin chicken jerkey strips and call them tenders. Won't be going again. Ever.

Tried to call them they won't answer, when we got home we were missing our Cole slaw...no biggie but our apple pies are sour and one feels like it wasn't fried at all. We had to wait for 10 mins for ghost wings..when they brought our order out the shrimp were missing and the extra gravy. The young man was very nice and ran back in for them. Sad part is if they had answered the phone ya'll would never have seen this. Needless to say we won't be back

I used uber eats yesterday to order popeyes. They forgot part of my order. The sandwich I got was also really dry. Not even someone that lives in the area but the experience was disappointing. Whoever I talked to about replacing my missing item didn’t seem to really care that much either.
