I had a black strand of hair in my food and they wouldn’t give me another one or refund me I wouldn’t ever recommend it to anyone again. They didn’t even apologize for the experience I had and argued with me worse customer service ever. They had an attitude when I first started ordering and continued the attitude throughout the experience.

Waited at the drive thru teller for aprrox 10 minutes with no one answering, pulled into a parking spot and the car behind me was greeted instantly and served instantly. I pulled back up to the teller and again got no response for 3 minutes. Drove up to the window and placed my order in person then was told they would need to run my card again to charge for an extra 2 sauces after buying $30 worth of food? what a joke

I ate here 3 days ago and I got food poisoning. I was eating in the dark so I didn’t relize the chicken still alive when I was eating it. It’s the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Do not go to this Popeyes, go anywhere but here. This place is continually a problem with the health department. They need to shut this place down. I should have known can’t blame anyone but myself. You live and you learn.

Trash service. Lady was super rude & agressive. Put fries straight in a bag. Gave us ice cold wings. Lied about having wings made. Has no available number. Gave just red beans for red beans & rice. Gave all the wrong flavored wings. Couldnt comprehend a thing that was going on. Ive never had such bad service. A disgrace honestly. We wasted money & cant even get it back.

As always, the food at Popeyes is wonderful. It is no where as greasy as KFC, is very tasty, not dried out, and the sides are tasty as ever.The only downside is the wait times. The times I go, which tend to be outside of the rushes, I am usually in and out, but sometimes we end up waiting almost 5-6 minutes (or more) for the food to be ready. I understand it is still cooking chicken which isnt as fast as reheating burger patties, but it happens more often than not, thus the 4 stars for service. I will still gladly come here though as I enjoy the food!
