Most of the time this Starbucks is decent however the last 3 times I’ve been here and ordered Frapuccino’s they aren’t sweet at all, actually bitter. They are definitely missing a step in the process, I come from an era where we taught to never send food back and complain so I didn’t complain. I won’t be back though for a good while. This has also happened at other Starbucks so there’s a step in the process they are missing.
Starbucks is my favorite coffee brand and I love going to the individual locations to just see how they are in comparison. This location did not fail to meet my expectations in the least. The people here were great!

Very pleased with the service I received from the 3 lovely ladies that were working there. After a bad experience at another Starbucks, they were very kind enough to make me a new drink even though they are not affiliated. I offered to pay what I needed to and was told it was okay and taken care of. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I will be coming back to this Starbucks!!
