Presented a coupon at checkout and was told my plain steak and cheese wasn't one of the subs for the coupon. Paid and went about my business, only to read the coupon and didn't say anything about a steak and cheese being excluded. Very disappointed.. won't be back

Several Subway managers have indicated that there are four scoops of tuna in a 12 inch sub or a tuna wrap. This place literally gives 3 1/2 scoops of tuna. I felt like I walked out with the flat cheese burrito it was awful for the price I paid.

We made an order online and got stuck in traffic due to an accident got there 2 hrs later they wouldn't remake our subs but proceeded to put them into there oven with mayonnaise on them creating more bacteria I told them that it could do that and he s a id that he wouldn't remake them and I asked so what if we get sick from it he didn't care and stopped responding to me so I'm issuing a complaint with the berkeley county health department to have them looked into I hope we don't get sick from there food they served us

The sub was ok. But the person who made it was probably not having a good day. Wanting to try a new item on the menu "Western steak", It was difficult to eat. The bread was fine and fluffy. But the sauce sucks. I'm sorry for my opinion. I went at 8am before work and was really excited to try new things like the YouTubers do.... I was extremely disappointed ☹️

My grandson walked here to get two subs. I wanted a number 12. It was supposed to be turkey with bacon, mozzarella cheese,avacodo,spinach,tomato,onion, and mayo. What I got was turkey limp lettuce, and a touch of some type of cheese. I probably won't return here!

On July 23rd, i placed an order online at this location to be picked up. It was paid for in full online as well. This was the night of the storms and several people lost power. We never did at our home but found out through the evening that many others did. My husband drove in the weather to pick up the order. Once he got home, we realized the food was ice cold. The order consisted of steak subs. The cheese was in whole peices, never had been melted. Who eats ice cold steak subs? And to make matters worse we don't currently have a microwave due to kitchen renovations. I called to complain and was told it was because they didn't have power. Then don't make hot subs! We was never even told or given the option to change to a cold sandwich. They refused to do anything for us to make this right. I spoke to the owner, Frances, who i have heard has done this before. Never wanting to take care of customers who have suffered due to the actions of his employees. He did not care about us whatsoever. He said it wasn't their fault that the power went out. While that is true, it is your fault that your employees continued to make ice cold subs that were supposed to be hot. Thankfully. Because i used my discover card i was able to dispute the charge and get my money back. Beware of this location. If they mess up your order they won't make it right.
