To start off- staff is amazing. Very friendly and the atomosphere is great. From what I can tell, they do everything probably perfectly and exactly as trained. HOWEVER— I ordered a crunch wrap, paid extra to get chicken and there was almost none on there. I’m not dumb, I’ve worked in food service. I know the company sets the standard for serving size.For 30 bucks, I could have gone to a restaurant and gotten a nice meal. Instead I got a wrap with lettuce and cheese. Every Taco Bell I go to is a disappointment. What a waste of money. Staff definitely deserves raises bc I can’t imagine how often they deal with complaints because Taco Bell as a company is cheap and doesn’t provide quality.Again— staff was excellent. Very friendly. Place was very clean. The only thing preventing this place from getting 1 star is the stellar service.

I got home after ordering food in the drive through. The customer service was not friendly, however I let that go. We did not get the soda we ordered as well but after her not being friendly, we decided to let that go as well. Although this was too much. This is plastic bag material in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I got a nacho belgrande, chips in a separate container. After mixing it together I went to grab a bite and saw that. After picking it up and realized it was not food, I am so disgusted and disappointed. I’m not even one to complain like that, but this is too much. Watch your food!

It was TRASH...the food was not fit for a dog the tacos was stuff to bottom of the wrapper and like mush. Will never eat there again I promise spent almost 50 dollar for my family and threw half of it away

Food orders always wrong and the least amount of meat on tacos ever at any taco bell....literally a pile if lettuce in a taco shell with a teaspoon of meet lining the bottom!

Went through the drive through last night. No cardboard holders on the tacos so they were a mess when I got home and then got food poisoning from eating them.
