Brown stew chicken was scraps, literally a pile of BONES and the greens were basically all peppers. The White rice was bland.Disappointed, only reason I didn't go back was because I am traveling. I threw it away , maybe the animals will enjoy it , not fit for humans.

I ordered the curry chicken first couple bites tasted awful like something wasn't right, then I tried the rice an beans in it same something was off about it so I stopped eating It. After about 30 mins to a hour I was hovering over the trash can getting sick vomiting my guts up . I got food poisoning from it for sure . The chicken seemed to be butchered there or something bc it also looked different then store.bought chicken . ?

My husband and I stopped by and ordered jerk chicken. I ordered brown stew chicken and there wasn’t any sauce it was all oil. The jerk chicken was edible only because it was smoked the rice was hard. You can tell it was heated up in the microwave. The owner did refund me but when my husband was done with his food and I went to clean up. I opened trash and there was maggots everywhere ??

Since I moved to WV there is no other restaurant as good this! The portions are great, perfectly seasoned and reasonably priced for the portions. I could finish my food because of the amount I received with both orders of Ox Tails. My god brother loved his j*** chicken, plantains and rice. Thank you for the great food and conversation.Kid-friendliness: I could sit and talk for hours, not sure if he was the owner.

Should have known it was gonna be terrible when I saw the yhite lady at the window. This had to be the driest food I’ve ever had in my life. And I’ve had Popeyes biscuits… literally only orders plantains and rice and it had to be as old as the lady serving us. This place should be called taste of nothing

Got a call from DoorDash that the restaurant was out of certain items. After trying to substitute several other items to be told they were out. Ended up canceling the order. How do you operate a restaurant and be out of everything on menu.
