I work construction in a line truck, and can not go thru drive thru. They do not answer door to pickup online order. Asked me to go thru drive thru???? Shut down drive thru and service your customers inside

So the food here is great….when they aren’t “sold out” of it - but the service is HORRIBLE. The people working are not helpful, and always make you feel as though you are getting on their nerves for eating there.They also have a sign on the door that said, “we have the lobby closed because we are understaffed, if you ordered online and in a rush call ahead and we will bring it to the door”. When we called they said, “we are too busy to bring it to the front door, come through the drive through”…..If the food wasn’t so dang good we wouldn’t come here anymore….

The Martinsburg Tropical smoothie is the worst one I've ever been to. They never have enough staff so their lobby is always closed. You are forced to go through the drive thru and they never have everything on the menu. Everytime I go there they don't have what I want or can't make it. Don't advertise it if you can't make it. They are never stocked. They run out of cups , silverware etc. I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance but I am fed up. I will never go to the Martinsburg one again

I politely specified the items I would like in the smoothie while ordering.*staff adds 100g of sugar by default*Tropical smoothie seriously needs to ask customers beforehand if they want 4x the allotted daily intake of sweetener in their drinks. Additionally, the closing staff was incredibly unfriendly. Generally unwelcoming, serious attitude problem at this location. Don’t recommend.

*Warning* please be careful especially if your young children are getting smoothies unfortunately I found a piece of plastic in my smoothie that I had to suck back up through my throat very scary! For the price of these drinks, this is a crazy experience, I hope they realize how dangerous this can be.

First time coming here. Ordered 20 minutes ahead and still waited what felt like another 20 in the drivethru when I was the only at the window. I'm not even upset for waiting so long I'm upset I waited and my Flatbread was extremely cold. I got the pesto and substituted the chicken for plant based chicken. Not sure if this is how they all look but why was there so much pesto. You can't even see any of the other ingredients that's supposed to be on there. As for as the plant based meat it actually tasted good. If this wasn't just thrown together and there was an equal amount of each ingredient I'm sure this would have been a delicious Flatbread. Really disappointed. The customer service was nice though.

The smoothies were delicious! Going through the drive thru, the wonderful young lady that took our order was so kind. I also believe she took our order at the window. She was so sweet and I will definitely come again. It was great customer service. I’m back on the road satisfied with my drink and happy after the positive service.
