Had a waffle. It was soggy with a liquid center. I sent it back. The second waffle was also soggy and not much better. Son had hash browns. They were not rehydrated enough and chewy. Coffee came as a half full cup, and I had to ask for a refill. Waffle House used to be better.

So disappointing. We have been to this particular Waffle House many times. This morning we walked in and while they were not real busy, we were made to wait. One of the waitresses yelled that there was a space available at the low bar. I was with my parents who are in their mid 80's and the wanted a booth. We said we would wait. A waiter came over to clear a table of dirty dishes, promising it would only take him a moment to clear a space for us. We said we would wait. Again, the same waitress who appeared to be shift manager at this point, barked at the waiter, "I will clear that table when I get to it, there is space at the low bar." Our party stated, "We will wait for the table to be cleared." The waitress again barked back at us, "It will take some time." There was a line of people starting to form behind us. The waitress waited on another customer, shouted in an order to the cook, Poured coffee for the customers seated, rang up another customer and still hadn't cleared the table for us to sit at that the waiter was politely trying to clear (she had stopped him from clearing it) he was being so polite. She was so rude to my parents, it was embarrassing. The waiter had waited on us in the past and was polite and attentive, a good waiter and great employee. After waiting almost 15 minutes for a seat, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. We felt so uncomfortable and we really didn't want to give our hard earned money to someone who was so rude had treated us so poorly. We've lived here 3 years and have been to Waffle House twice a month since then leaving generous tips. It's going to be a long time before we ever, EVER go back there if ever again. So sad, so disappointed.

Went in waitress Cari. Amazing. But Cook Messed up food. Found a solution and still waitin for my bacon . As waitress’s keep reminding Cook . Food wasn’t the greatest but the service with Cari was amazing . If you go in at night ask for Cari ! But thought it was rude another server was on the phone talking holding against eat serving ppl ther food
Let's face it Waffle house is not a high end restaurant. Was highly disappointed in how thin the waffle was I got. The thickness of a slice of bread and I am not talking about Texas toast.

They need to train there employees better ..cause they don't have a clue I felt bad cause this one girl and dude just started it was there 3 day they didn't have a clue where stuff was it seemed when they asked for help they were just looked at they had to figure it out and last every employee has different rules like we don't give refill s on to go order s on drink s that's bull .they charge all different prices I get the same thing every time I go and it's a different price one day it will be 73 dollars in the morning go back the next night it's only 48 dollars for the same order .not to mention there charging u 20 percent on to go orders which is not fare if u are going to do that then u need to charge 20 percent on eat in orders cause I see many people that don't leave tips . And no one seems to understand but two cooks that are there what a double eggs sandwich is over medium...I always ask for a egg sandwich with double eggs on each sandwich over medium on white bread ...I been going there for years and in the last 6 months it's gotten bad .they change employees like crazy .
The place was packed when we walked in. Son, two grandsons and myself. WH was very clean for the rush. Waitress was the sweetest! Actually was singing our order back, lol. My son was on it & made a cute joke. My grandsons were pretty cool & the bottomless pit! Food was delish. Recommend going here. These workers are very good at their jobs. Looked to me like a beehive, all knew their roll, smooth...Kid-friendliness: Waitress acknowledged the grandkids, spoke with them as little people. She really was a sweet person!

I am a disabled vet who can barely walk at time.. My lyft driver was kind enough to stop at Waffle House for me since I could not use the app. He went in and called me from his phone so I could place the order. They said they could not take phone orders . Wow plus the app doesn't Have
