Not what it used to be. Associates were unpleasant and had an attitude. Crew members seemed to be annoyed when gathering my order. Fries could be used as a jousting sphere.

They are under staffed, they mess our orders up 5 out of 10 times, & their floors are always slippery because their soda machine leaks & it’s everywhere in that area. The wait in line can really push your patience unfortunately.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I stopped by here last night to get my one year old some food before we headed home. I got to the drive through, sat there for about 10 mins before I was even acknowledge, then the guy that took my order was rude as hell. I was polite though and said please and thank you. But what got me going was the fact that he basically shoved my change and food at me and just was rude as hell. This was between 430pm and 5pm. If you don't like the career you choose then don't work in fast food. Don't be rude to the customers because it's the customers that come to this location that keep this place operational! Please avoid this location.

It's mostly to air my complaints when I'm 100% sure that nothing will happen if I contact the restaurant or corporate.You know what I really love? Spending 15 dollars on a dried out piece of leather with a nuclear orange unmelted dried out piece of cheese under half a gallon of mayonnaise on a rock-hard bun. If you can't tell, I'm being sarcastic. But every once in a while, I try this location again... maybe I love being punished, or maybe I actually really like food that tastes terrible...Anyhow, I decided to try it again. Sat in the drive-through for ten minutes after being asked to wait. 10. Minutes. This isn't the first time this has happened, either.Evidently, the owner of this Wendy's is allergic to repeat customers AND making money.F for effort. ? Go elsewhere.

Went for dinner, ordered a chicken sandwich and they got my order wrong twice and the second time I went in and then they gave me a cold burnt burger with crusted cheese that was prolly sitting there since 11am. Worst fast food experience I have ever had in my life. Negative 10 stars ???
