Upon walking into the establishment it smelled like raw rotten chicken. I did an online order and the girl working the counter walked away when I walked in and didn’t even greet me. Then they allowed and off the clock employee to come in from outside in his pajamas and start cooking for him and his girlfriend that was waiting in the car. Management needs to reevaluate the customer service qualities and the cleanliness. My meal was not accurate at all. Won’t patronize here again.

The workers are polite. The place is always filthy. If they can't keep the place dirty, What do I say about the food. It takes long to get an orde. Management sucks and doesn't seem to manage. The workers are lazy, they didn't seem like they wanted to be there at all, not their fault they get away with what the manager allows. That place could be booming if it had the right management. IT JUST SUCKS, I WOULDNT EAT THERE IF I WAS PAID.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The food is amazing, besides the horrible burnt fries. But the service and the workers suck. I have never been treated well there. They are constantly behind and I am always waiting at least an hour for my food. They’ve gotten my order wrong and when I asked them to fix it the guy told me “no”. When I asked again he said he forgot and would get to it when he could. He literally threw the food in my bag and the sauce spilt everywhere.

I had the best experience at Wingstop, Night shift is amazing and the manager on the night shift is amazing. Staff does what they have to do to get food out in time. They are very patient and understanding. Very clean environment in my opinion.

Not only did I have to drive 15 mins to pick up my food because you dont allow me to get the Cajun corn on delivery, after I get there they give me everything except my tenders. Of course I didn’t find that out until after I drove 15 mins back home!! I called so at least they could be ready when i got there but your cashier picked up the phone, did not say hi at all but instead just sat the phone on the counter. When I drove 15 mins back THE PHONE CALL WAS STILL IN PROGRESS AND THE PHONE WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER!!! At that point and asked for my wings and some of my money back to be told that it cant be done by a manager, who was not at the store, that I had to wait to show up, and she didn’t even offer an apology. Absolutely ridiculous!! She couldn’t even authorize a refund, she had to call someone else to see if she could!! so I don’t know of what the point of waiting for her was. After all that didn’t offer me a coupon or anything! I ordered my food 2 HOURS ago and just getting home with hot tenders and everything else cold!!

I was told it would take 30 minutes but I waited for a hour. You could tell they were busy but they were working hard to get orders out and not complaining. It was an all male staff and they were very kind and friendly so I couldn’t even be mad about waiting. They forgot my fries but quickly made them. My food was made exactly how I requested it. Having kind staff goes a long way!

I Placed a order for take out only to get home and be completely disappointed. I ordered 60 wings they were cold I got them with ranch and not one single ranch in the bag. I had 3 orders of fries that were completely undercooked, greasy and cold. I tired to call back they had disconnected their phones and I was unable to ahold of anyone. I live 15 mins away and did not want to drive back. I hope it not always like this but i was definitely disappointed.

Ordered the meal for 2. 15 wings, 2 -20oz sodas and large fries $26.10 incl. Tax. Not sure if always allowed but they let us mix boneless and bone in with 2 sauces. We had the Louisiana rub and the mild. Wings were perfectly cooked and BIG. Fries were mixed sized fries so the larger cut ones were a little under done. The seasoning on the fries was great as always. Took a little while to get our order but ate in so have a bit to just relax. Would have been nice if the tvs were both on. Wet wipe packs being available would have been helpful as having to go to the single sink bathroom with messy hands was a hassle.

I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad. Honestly every place is struggling with short staff and help and most places have a wait. I stopped in and ordered for my family of 4 for dine in and this was my first experience ever at a wing stop too by the way and I thought the food and service was good. The place was busy too- we had to squeeze through people to get seats in the back. Once ordered, we waited a few but nothing crazy and The food came out hot and just right. All the wings were delicious packed with flavor! We tried that corn which was absolutely amazing! We even had one of the staff members… the big guy with a face tattoo come and check on us too and asked if everything was good. ? for a small family of 4 stopping in on a whim for the 1st we were satisfied all the way around and we would go back too! A little patience goes a long way! You can’t please everyone But this place is definitely okay and the food is good!
