Meh. They lied about all fresh veggies...mushrooms are canned. Also, when it says "mixed greens", that means 100% romaine lettuce. Oh, and if you don't have an account/just visiting, expect to make payment when you call the order in.The pizza itself was not horrible, but nothing great either. Hoping the locals have other options. We ate, end of story.

I came in to pick up my pizza I had ordered and paid for by phone. There were people ahead of me making an order. As soon as the girl was done getting their order she walked away. I had to stand at the counter for over 5 minutes before she came back to help me. She didn't even ask me if I was picking up an order or needed to make one, she just looked at me standing behind the people and walked away.. First time I've been disappointed here.
The first time we ordered the mushrooms smelled foul. The 2nd time we ordered we were told “we will bring it to you when we can”… where is the 0 star option?

Prices charged do not match the listed price for LG deluxe( charged $28.88)-waited > than 1hr. Man I spoke to when I called backto check status of my order was EXTREMELY Rude, said they have the same problem they're having all over the US Nobody wants to work . I understand that & some working are Jerks! Food was good, Lady who took my order was very nice, as was the delivery man This will be my last oder ever/ there's too many competitors to tolerate the rudeness ( not to mention over $50 for a pizza on sale @ 9.99/ a w ltr drink & a pizza Way Over Priced from ad, charged for using a card ( and expected fees).

My wife orders, calls after 50 minutes because she hasn't even heard back, or had a confirmation call. Was told they will get it out ASAP, because they were busy with Prom... My wife says OK, I understand... after another 45 minutes, she calls to check on it again... was told they had JUST put in the order 40 minutes ago?!?!? My wife says she is canceling, but is then told it's on the way, so if she cancels, she is BANNED! So now we are BANNED .. we BOTH have worked in the service industry for a LONG time, and this takes the cake for HORRIBLE service, store policy, and overall decency! We will be MORE than happy to never spend so much for a less than average product... ✌️

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza to be delivered to our hotel. About 40 minutes later, the courteous delivery man arrived with our hot pizza. It was delicious and the ease of ordering by phone and not having to go out for it made it even better. I was on hold for a few minutes waiting to order but that wasn’t bad at all. Would definitely order from Napoli’s again if in the area.
