Didn't get food or a table. Put our names in for a 15 minute wait. Got a text saying we were in the queue. 30 minutes later, the people who came in AFTER us were sat. Terrible service - won't return.

Food is ok. Prices are too high for quality. Service is subpar at best. We had to ask for utensils, refills and napkins the last 3 times we went. That's 3 visits, same result. Service is poor. Waiter said sorry they were busy earlier and it was stressful. Then we deserved a discount.. sad.

Ate here with friends for dinner, fist time in a few years. They have done some remodeling which looked nice. Bar area has tables around the bar to sit in as well as the ones in outer perimeter. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp which is always good. My brother and our friend had steak. The BBQ chicken wings were good. They were also pleased. Service was a bit slow but our server was pleasant. Will be back again sometime .
The waiter was nice, helped with the menu, and answered all my questions. The food was good. They did mess up my food. However, it still turned out well. They were pretty busy, so a little mix-up on a sandwich did not make me turn into a Karen! He made sure drinks were filled throughout the meal. I definitely will be going back in the future.
Heads up. If you are a group and need to split the check, do not use the electronic device. Our group did a few days ago and it was a nightmare. Their system is not working properly so each member of our group was double charged. The worst part is they knew there were problems and should have manually process the bills. We are trying to get the double charge credited back to our accounts. They say they are supposed to get a entire new system "soon". Just wanted everyone to be aware of this issue.
