While the Bistro used to be amazing, according to my alumni sister, the school has quickly devolved it into mediocrity. Sodexo or whoever came in to be in charge of the dining halls really decided to make every aspect of the bistro (and other halls) bland as all hell. Kinda sad to see since all the stories I've been told were pretty good sounding. Also, they're closed on weekends after this next fall break so even less of a reason to care

Authentic cuisine worthy of a king!

Boreman Bistro has a good selection of food for college students. There are decent vegetarian options along with more traditional meals. The food feels like it's prepackaged and sometimes tastes stale.

Food choices were limited and some were inedible.. but others were good and satisfying.

I had been having a tough week so far, and my guardian food angel made me her special hot tea (English Breakfast with a shot of raspberry and vanilla flavoring and milk) and made sure I had a chocolate cupcake with cookie dough frosting on it to get me through the rest of my day. It completely turned my spirits around. It's the little things in life... Thanks Boreman Bistro!

Miss not being there to cook for the students! Miss all my associates. Hope you are all good!

Try Arnold Palmers. 3/4 light lemonade, 1/4 sweet tea. Low calorie, no nasty diet drink aftertaste!

If you want a fruity addition to your normal sweet tea, try doing a half and half of Nestea and Orange Guava Passionfruit juice from the fountain machine. Add a lemon if you're feeling extra snazzy.

Talk to the two black laddies in the cafe. They are hilarious.

Chicken bacon wraps with ranch are the best! Grilling it is also a nice touch.
