I had high hopes for this DQ when it first opened, and at first it was great. The last month or so it has gone downhill fast. EXTREMELY slow. Out of gravy for the chicken basket multiple evenings. Stopped tonight and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes then finally went inside. Only saw ONE person working. Disappointed that it’s turning out like the old Cheat Lake DQ... hopefully they’ll see this and get back on track!

i love this dairy queen! travis always gives you extra sauce bc he a real one, and tracy the manager is so nice :) the new guys dominic anthony and tyler are so good for being beginners! jay he is nice too but he always looks sad. never a bad experience from dairy queen 10/10. also i recommend the mocha oreo its so good.
