Look if you’re going to the gym day after day not getting results talk to Ed or Jared or even one of the trainers. They will set you up for the body you want. Both flex fitness and fuel bar have given me the tools to get the body I want. I’ve been coming to the gym for years but it wasn’t until i met these guys until I actually had the results I wanted.
