“Absolutely the best restaurant in Morgantown. My husband and I used to live in Morgantown and we ate there pretty regularly over the course of four years and we never had a bad meal. Lunch, dinner, brunch, drag brunch... All great experiences.One of the highlights was taking some friends who were visiting us. They are vegan and we were having a difficult time finding a place to eat. We called the restaurant a few hours before dinner and asked if they could accommodate our vegan friends and they said they were happy to do so. Our friends were beyond happy with their meal. They were living in Boston at the time and they said it was better than any vegan meal they had experienced in the ten years they had been living there. We already loved Table 9 before that visit but we were converted to diehard fans with that experience.We moved out of Morgantown in 2020 (almost four years ago) but we still talk about and miss Table 9 and recommend it to people. If we're ever in the area again, we'll absolutely be stopping in for a meal.“
“Went on a date night with my wife. We both ordered medium steaks. Hers came our great, mine not so much. Mine came out Well. No pink. Not what you want when you spent $40 on it. Our server was great though. Corrected the issue with minimal wait.Those tacos for the appetizer were great. We had the apples not added which I think was for the better.The original wait for the main dishes did take around 30 minutes. But it may have been due to the work rush/ party they had.Finding a good steak has been hard in Morgantown.“
“OMG! This place is AMAZING! Came to Morgantown for my sons state thespian festival at WVU and googled places to eat; Iron Horse was one of the first places to pop up and I am so glad it did. Usually I tend to pick places to eat/ stay that aren’t good and my family will never let me hear the end of it but; but this time I have definitely redeemed myself by finding Iron Horse. It’s a really cute spot and the service was awesome. I feel horrible that I don’t remember our servers name but she was on point. We started off with the truffle fries and literally were devoured in 6/7 minutes of our server bringing them out. The Cuban sandwich and their Dixie Chicken sandwich were delicious and the Mac and cheese was delicious as well. My son ordered the BYOB and he enjoyed it too. They had a cute mocktail menu that offered a “lemon spritz” drink, AMAZING! To end our wonderful meal I got the peanut butter Oreo parfait; OMG WAS I IN HEAVEN… Everything we ordered was delicious and we were so happy we ate there. We will ABSOLUTELY be back every/ anytime we are in Morgantown.“
