We visited on 3/27 Day of Giving. The line never stopped ! The staff worked triple time to move things along. They were friendly and efficient. It was a great atmosphere! Kudos to them for their efforts and Kudos to Jersey Mikes for this excellent service to Children’s Hospitals!!

How’s story was first time ordering here and got two subs. We made all kinds of ridiculous alterations.. extra this, none of this, EXTRA EXTRA this… and WOW WOW!!!! they were BOTH soooo freaking amazing. We both said that we go and grab another one later in the month haha they reminded me of cold subs I grabbed back home in Philly. The bread was great. The Italian meat was wonderful. All the toppings were soooo perfectly placed and put together so that you got some of everything in each bite. It didn’t fall apart and wasnt all sloppy. YAY! Def will snatch up some more.

It was quite crowded when I was there around 11:00 am, so I take that as a testament that the restaurant is popular, the staff was curtious and quick, and I was moved the line at a decent pace.

I eat at Jersey Mike’s often. My regular stop is Butler PA followed by Wexford PA, and both have good food, great staff and they are clean and I go back often. This place is a mess compared to what I expect from JM! The staff was more worried about their seen phones and weekend plans hanging around in the back, than the customer. The bathroom was a train wreck, and the trash in the front eating area had its lid knocked iff and laying in the floor exposing all the garbage right beside a table, the prep area was a mess and the toppings were all almost empty, and all the chairs were not neatly pushed in at the tables, but instead were just all over the place.I think some serious training is needed here. I assume they were all college students who just don’t care. The food was OK, but I never had a sub put together like this at a Jersey Mikes.Please train the staff to better represent your brand! Maybe hire a new manager while you’re at it.It was so cold inside we went to the Hampton Inn and ate on their patio.

Dirtiest establishment. Trash overflowing. Work counter full of crumbs and other fillings. Not one table was clean, all had crumbs and were sticky. Tiptoed on the floor since it was so gross.

The food is always delish. If you like a lot of dressing on your subs, ask for extra either on it or in a to go container. Associates weren't overly outgoing but fairly friendly. Place seemed clean.
