All i wanted from kroger at 5:30 was one singular rotisserie chicken and there were none. not only did i drive to another kroger to be disappointed there were none there either, i came back at 8 for something i forgot and there had to have been 74 chickens out. i now have a vendetta against all krogers and wish them the worst ever

it's hard to be skinny and not get cancer at this job and it's a low paying job you won't get pto health care benefits or company credit card or your school paid for!

In my opinion Kroger is the only store in Morgantown for groceries. The positives ~ the store is well maintained and by that I mean it is clean and well organized. They do have self check outs. They offer both pick up and delivery. The negatives ~ If you are shopping on a weekend day you will find they sell out of items very quickly and it's not necessarily restocked quickly. The pharmacy is too difficult to deal with : Their lines are always long to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist is not always easily available. In order to get the best price for your Prescriptions you have to request the pharmacy employees to run the Prescription three different ways. Ie., Good RX, Visory and your insurance. The worst I have seen is when ordering a special cut of meat or seafood an employee did not wear gloves when handling the meat. The deli is difficult to communicate with and their employees are extremely slow. Maybe I should be shopping somewhere else.

Don't bother doinf grocery pick up. Twice now I had items marked as out of stock that they had on the shelf. Went to pick up last night and 1 item was missing and 4 items were out of Date. Went to make chicken breast and dinner I had purchased in my order last night to find that they only gave 2 of the packs of chicken breast I purchased . It's almost $5 a pound. That's not cool. Now I'm I'm $20 in groceries I paid for because either they kept it for themselves, didn't bother reading the order, or it's expired.

THIS IS FOR THE FUEL STATION! I stopped to get $12 in gas at this station today. I forgot my card so I was just using cash that was in my car. Unfortunately right after I paid the system went down. It wouldn't pump my amount so I waited for it to reboot. The attendant Ethan checked with me multiple times. He apologized and offered to pay for my gas. He went above and beyond which is really hard to come by for a kid his age working a service job. I left to run an errand and when I came back it still wasn't up and running. I let Ethan pay for my gas with the hope that he would be paid back. He even offered to pay for extra gas. I didn't take him up on it but that he offered was very kind. Don't take this guy for granted you have a very competent and kind employee in Ethan.

Don't waste your time with Kroger Clicklist at this location.... They are the absolute worst... typically they are missing at least 5-10 items... multiple times they have forgotten to put items in the car when we do have all of the order or they will cancel the pick up at the last minute. Very unorganized!!

The floral department at this store is always trying to sell you something that's half dead and overpriced!!!

As far as I know there is still a pandemic going on. Why then has Kroger stopped some of their safe practices? There is no longer a separate entrance and exit. The arrows have been removed from the aisles. One day I counted 5 people not wearing masks. When I inquired at the customer service desk as to whether they still had a mask policy, the man working there was extremely rude. This store is very convenient for me, but I may start going to Giant Eagle.

Pick up service at Suncrest Krogers is terrible. The first time we went to pick up food today between 12-1pm they said "Sorry...we are running two hours behind." They could have texted us or emailed and we had driven 15 miles to get there. They told us to come back in 2 hours. When we did return it still wasn't ready. They also do not give you a receipt so you don't know if you got everything you ordered. The Sabarton Kroger pickup does give you a receipt. Over all, I don't think we will use this service anymore. Maybe we will try Giant Eagle or Aldi.

I like that I can find what I need at the store and that it's much bigger than the other Kroger in town, but they recently rearrange things so that there's another shelf or two higher in all of the isles. I am a fairly average height, and it's really frustrating that I can't reach nearly anything anymore in this store. All I wanted this time was a single roll of paper towels and after climbing and trying to reach everything myself I just gave up. Doesn't really make sense that certain things you can't reach without help from an associate, I don't wanna have to go ask an associate to follow me around the store and reach things for me.

A centralized location with a variety of food and food related goods. With that being said, it is not a hotel, that I can promise you.

Krogucci-- you reign supreme in Morgantown! If you want to be overwhelmed with foodie and gourmet choices, this is the place for you. It's not Shop -n- Save, honey, it's upscale grocery shopping. Here you will find a completely messed up parking lot (engineered by toddlers?) so proceed with caution. The huge warehouse-sized building contains a vast collection of grocery products. I mainly go to ogle the beer/wine and, of course, the cheese. The cheese selection is stunning and includes things we love such as stilton. The flower selection here is really top-notch as well.Plenty of registers and self-checkout makes this a fast shopping experience. Thanks, Kroger (aka Krogucci) of Suncrest Towne Centre in Morgantown, West Virginia.

I just ran in to get a few things I couldn't get before... what a huge store! It was a village that had everything and I had to run from one end to another to get the select items I need. What I saw was nice and I would have liked to have had time to shop more leisurely. May or may not be able to get back ...

Just went to Kroger fuel station at Suncrest scaned members card inserted cc was getting ready to pump and it said to go see crasher. Went say him asked what up and he said we do not take Master card I would have to guess how much gas and he could charge card inside keyoutz. Told him had no clue and went back to car saw that is said you take master card went back asked him about it he just said not working with Master card and told me to leave. Sad that you lose all that money not using Master card
